*بیژن مرتضوی زادهٔ ۲۵ آبان ۱۳۳۶ در بابل، موسیقی‌دان، آهنگساز، تنظیم کننده، ویولنیست و خواننده ایرانی است. سبک آثار بی‌کلام او، ترکیبی از موسیقی سنتی ایرانی و موسیقی پاپ است. با وجود آن که آلبوم‌های او حق انتشار در ایران ندارند، قطعات بی‌کلام او بارها از تلویزیون ایران پخش شده‌است.*بیژن مرتضوی در ۲۵ آبان ۱۳۳۶ در بابل زاده شد. او نواختن ویلن را از سن سه سالگی آغاز نمود و در تهران زیر نظر پنج‌تن از معتبرترین استادان ویولن ازجمله پرویز یاحقی، جهانگیر کامیان و عادل کریمی نیا به یادگیری این ساز پرداخت . او در یازده سالگی مقام نخست مسابقه کشوری موسیقی دانش آموزان در ایران را کسب کرد. او تنها چهارده‌سال داشت که یک گروه ارکستر ۳۲ نفری تشکیل داد و ساخته‌های خود را در اردوی معروف تابستانی «رامسر» در ایران اجرا کرد.
