1 ★The game itself is great. My issue was that I encountered a bug that crashed my game and I can no longer play it as any time I open the game I am frozen on the loading screen. I did basic fixes like clearing the cache and restarting my phone, I even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing worked. All of that still isn't why I gave it one star. I emailed the devs almost a week ago from the date this is posted about the issue and still have not had any response. So a warning to anyone playing this, do not have wifi or internet disconnect when using a gem to improve your mastery as that renders this game completely unusable. (Side note: I had also spent $10 on a subscriber package a couple of days before the problem started so...that's fun.)
4 ★I would give this game a 5 if it weren't the micro transactions but regardless, for a free game it still has a lot to offer. - the gameplay is quick and bloody - the items although mundane at first, are not impossible to upgrade - the costume option is a fun add-on - the overall aesthetic is intriguing Like I said, if this were a game to purchase one time with all the add-ons to go with, it would have a 5 out of 5.
2 ★At first, I could get past the oddly placed and unresponsive inputs, because the genuinely fun at first. However, after not much playtime you reach a point where the difficulty of the game becomes too intense where you cannot advance unless you pay for better gear. This would be fine if there was content to realistically grind these weapons, but there really isn't. It is rather lame that this game is eventually pay to win, but really without the content to justify it.
4 ★(Please read this entire review!) At first, this seems like an inexplicably flawless game. It truly captures the essence of two-dimensional gaming: Responsive controls, excellent special fx, various characters to choose from, difficult villains & tons of rewards! But once you reach the Platinum League of the Duel Arena or the Hell Difficult Level of the Dungeons, it is very obvious that this is inevitably a Play-To-Win Game! No way around it, you end up needing to spend $ to win... Be careful!
2 ★Money money money hungry game. No FAQ support. The controls are absolutely terrible there's usually a delayed response to all the movements. RNG is seriously bad. There's also no continuation to the story from the intro. An indicator and category for new items in the inventory is GREATLY needed and an explanation for what ores do. This game has some potential but it has a lot of holes im barely dealing with the ads so had to uninstall....
1 ★Game is super fun with good mechanics and graphics. Too bad its unplayable without watching nonstop ads but most the time you get an error stating "video reward unavailable" so it doesnt matter. PVP is also quite enjoyable with quick rounds, but network connection errors kick me out much too frequently. Game is super "grindy" too by the way. Absolutly NO STORY! Simply play the same levels over and over, when only the Daily Rewards are worth anything in the game.
4 ★Extremely fun mobile game. The Button Mash mechanics remind me of God of War it's simple the replay value is definitely there. However I'd like to focus on the 3 reasons as to why I didn't give the game five stars. 1. ADS. Guys I get it, ads are necessary, but goddamn. The difficulty is not consistent, and it's unclear at first how to aquire better gear. For example my character can three star every level in the chapter
5 ★Great game. Fun to play. You don't have to spend money to be competitive, but it takes a lot of time to get to the top. I have been playing for nearly a year and have all but Lunae at level 99 with ultimate armor and weapons. I did buy ultimate pets for a couple of characters, but that is all I spent. Watch the video ads to get everything you can. Compete in all the competitions and challenges and eventually you will get to the top without spending cash.
4 ★the game itself is great, but there are some glitches'; in the arena battles the game at times freezes, and that would not be so bad if it was not being accounted as a part of your record, I am not saying it cheats but I have beef!?! Not every moment is riddled with mistakes, the game has got me just by the nostalgia, it 's like Mega Man (the old school version not the mobile) it's good to know the old school classics have not been forgotten...
2 ★Decent game but once you level to 20 or so, the fun immediately stops and it's a drag progressing. Exp is scarce, upgrades seek non existant. Go from slaughtering everything to being too weak. Not worth the time and $ to progress further. Super pay to win type game. Watch ads constantly. Store pops up constantly. Pvp is horrible. Just smash all the buttons to win. No strategy.
5 ★For a mobile game, it's great! The combat system is fun, the music is good, the upgrade system is good, the story is mysterious and interesting, the art work is touching, etc. I highly recommend it! however, there are definitely things that need improvement in this game, and it's high potential for expansion or adding new ideas. So for this I'll give you a 4 star, Don't give up on this game. I love it and it has great potential to be one, if not THEE best. Response: Sure!
3 ★This would be much higher, but every time I watch an ad it makes my System UI stop responding for a while (this doesn't happen with anything else, so you can see why I am assuming it's this). Also, you get stunlocked way to easily due to how many axe throwers they are in Blood Tower 2+. Maybe add a mob cap that makes it physically possible to do BT 2+ without one tapping everything? Other than that, this game is incredibly well done!
