1 ★The game is pretty fun. I don't like the fact my progress is not synced with my account and I'm unable to scan the QR code from my set - it's not recognized. Those things need fixing and I'll give it 5 stars. Edit: Stars decreased to 1 for poor customer support. I reached out twice now as instructed here. I got only one generic answer (which was very kindly written, to be honest) that didn't even come close to helping me. I'm locked out of an advertised feature and this is simply unacceptable.
5 ★If you like AR games like Pokemon Go or minecraft earth you will love this. There are two modes right now. The main game "Hunters", directly interacts with the Lego Hidden Side sets you collect. The second one, "Ghosts" lets you play the game without buying a set. It lets you interact with sets from Hidden Side from the ghost perspective. I have bought most of the sets before ever trying the app just because they are fun to build and play with. I am glad I finally downloaded this awesome game.
1 ★My 9 year old son has been playing this game ever since i got a new phone 6 months ago. Recently he has had quite a few problems were the game glitches.. rendering it virtually unplayable. Reading some of the reviews on here and the responses from your customer service representatives we have just tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app from my phone.. The glitches are still there and my sons data has been deleted... is there nothing that can be done? I have an extremely upset son!!
5 ★I've had a great time playing this game, even as an adult. The hunter mode is really neat, moving the camera around the set to find those ghosts trying to hide inside buildings. Playing as a ghost is just as fun. I love the additional environments they added to each set; especially the graveyard set which includes crypts made out of legos which were not part of the original set. I loved the crypts so much, I custom built it from screenshots of the game and the spare part lego store.
1 ★Camera not working. When my son tries to scan the lego creation, the camera shows a weird scrambled image, covered with green and white lines. New Samsung A7 tablet.
1 ★First, the game is stuck on the loading screen. Second, like others have said, I too have lost months of progress because you guys didn't build in a cloud save, backup, or even a login system to attach my save data to user name. I was suddenly unable to load the game. So I had to un and reinstall. So now my son, who has bought several of these sets, now has to start over. Third, your feedback that basically says, "oh well, get over it", shows that you don't care about the players.
4 ★Overall it's a good game, except the whole multiplayer thing. When I want to play a private game I still end up with other players. I like the one player version better. That way I don't have to worry about the other players grabbing my gloom. Please give us back the single player ghost mode!
2 ★Overall this game is really good as my son really loves Lego and the ability to play and interact with his Hidden Side sets with my phone. The lower rating is because there is no way to move his profile to a new device. I recently upgraded my phone so my son could play the app more smoothly as my older phone was lagging. To our disappointment, his profile was not there and it was confirmed by the Lego service representative that Lego does not have a cloud feature to save profiles. Unfortunately my son said that he will give up this game and not want anymore Hidden Side sets until this is fixed. I will revise this rating if my son can play his profile on my new phone.
2 ★The device compatability list is extremely small! My kids have recent tablets and none were on the compatability list. Was OK when run on an S10, but completely defeats the purpose when they can't use it on their devices. Lego, you don't need a formula 1 race car to go to the supermarket, it's just lazy software development!
5 ★Brought seven Lego Hidden Side sets for Christmas and my kids have had great fun playing. A really unique game play and we will be buying more sets and collecting the rest.
5 ★I had no idea what to expect from the interactive portion of buying one the Hidden Side LEGO sets and I have to say I'm blown away with the play value that you get out of a set like this for your child. So much added value on top of already fun sets to build!
5 ★Great game I like ghost mode because its doesn't need a lego setup , actually I never played hunter mode because I dont have a lego setup for "LEGO HIDDEN SIDE"😂😂😂
