1 ★More bugs than singles. This app is a shame for the developers who wrote it. Was it a programming exercise for second year bachelor degree students? You get an email "you have 5 new messages". You open the app - nada. Your message inbox shows that you have new messages - no you don't, it's your messages going out that are the last ones, so what does that mean? That I need to reply to myself? The web site is just as bad. And they charge money for this? Disgraceful.
5 ★Registering is very to the point and simple. Don't ask a bunch of questions and all of that. Gives you examples on what to say while setting up your profile. Photos up loading does not take long. Pricing is very decent. Navigation on the site is easy.
5 ★Even though I haven't subscribed this site has been extremely considerate & accomodating!! I have a hacker who makes it difficult to subscribe cuz he wants my CC #.I love this site! It made it easy for me to find someone who's perfect for me! He has children of his own, he believes in the Lord & he's a Christian, & he's been to college!! He's perfect for me! Now I wish I could just talk to him! Thank You for all your kindness & consideration! You have been the best site I've seen so far!
1 ★Horrible app. It needs a code to activate your account, yet it does not recognize my phone number. This app does not have a good costumer service either. I had to go online to find an email to send them a message.
1 ★I feel that once you've dismissed someone more then once they shouldn't keep showing up in your line up. Whether they viewed you or not. I'm not a mean person, I just know what I'm looking for and dont like having to go through this. Besides it tells them that you viewed them, making them think your interested and then wonder why you dont respond when they message. It's not right to do to people. Won't be renewing my membership.
1 ★Complete waste of my hard earned money. Where do I start. If someone likes you and you X them out, they keep reappearing, that's annoying. The carousel feature is useless as you only see a pic and no profile. I paid so I could send messages. I find out after the fact that the other person can't respond unless they're a paid member as well. Oh...if you PAY MORE then they can respond. I'll definitely find a better platform to use.
1 ★UPDATE: So now they're 200+ miles away, and approaching 300 miles.*** Subscription is canceled, ends in a couple weeks. No one seems to be fixing errors. No matter how many times I put my preferences in, it completely disregards them, so why bother. Why the F is everyone in NYC?? I'm in Massachusetts! **Just updated my review from 2 stars down to 1. Not only does it match me with people 142 miles away, but now there's a glitch where the same 4 women keep rotating thru carousel.
1 ★Worst app ever. I deleted the app, only realising later I forgot to deactivate my account and was constantly receiving email from them. Reinstalled app, tried deactivating but it just showed loading and didn't go anywhere from there. They don't allow you to deactivate via mobile Web. Went on my laptop, logged in, tried deactivating roughly more than 20 times and each time just an error message ending with please try again. I finally now sent a stern email to the CEO cc Google Play.
1 ★I would love to give it a better review seeing as women from my area pop up on here. But I can't message them without subscribing. And when I try to subscribe, my card us constantly declined. All info is correct, I use that card for online purchases all the time. But it is declined by zoosk for some reason. I reached out, and no assistance has been given. All I was told was to contact my credit card company... Its a bank debit Visa, stupid. So you are the problem, not my card.
5 ★My first time using something like this. Don't know too much about it unfortunately & just what to do to use it correctly. Other th err n that it's interesting to b able to make a choice in choosing someone you'd like to get to know, but l don't know exactly how this all works? Oh well. I'm pretty old school when it comes to this set up.
3 ★This app is ok. Lots of flaws. If you dismiss a person or unlike, the profile keeps on appearing. Filters are ignored and it changes your requirements automatically you have to change it manually to what you want. Biggest frustration which even support cant resolve, is to change city in same country. If you select a city from the drop-down list, it says you can not change country. Developers need some new training gor sure
1 ★Not only is it extremely difficult to connect with possible matches the fact that they charge you to send messages if you're lucky enough to match with each other is pathetic when so many other companies allow one or two matches a day
