Sheila On 7 adalah grup musik Indonesia yang berdiri pada 6 Mei 1996 di Yogyakarta.Grup band ini pada awalnya adalah sekumpulan anak-anak sekolah dari beberapa SMA di Yogyakarta.
Sheila on 7 adalah salah satu grup musik populer Indonesia dengan personel Duta (Akhdiyat Duta Modjo, vokal), Eross (Eross Candra, gitar), Adam (Adam Muhammad Subarkah, bass), serta Brian (Brian Kresna Putro, drum). Grup yang berdiri di Yogyakarta, 6 Mei 1996 itu, awalnya bernama Sheila Gank yang diambil dari kata Sheila dari bahasa Celtic yang berarti musikal. Nama ini pun kemudian diubah menjadi On Seven, yang berarti tujuh tangga nada dalam musik. SO7 dalam perjalanan bermusik telah beberapa kali mengalami perubahan formasi. Pada Oktober 2004, Brian masuk menggantikan Anton yang dikeluarkan karena dianggap tidak disiplin. Kemudian pada Maret 2006, Sakti mundur untuk belajar di Pakistan. Album Sheila On 7 di antaranya, SHEILA ON 7 (1999), KISAH KLASIK UNTUK MASA DEPAN (2000), 07 DES (2002), OST. 30 HARI MENCARI CINTA (2003), PEJANTAN TANGGUH (2004), THE VERY BEST OF SHEILA ON 7 JALAN TERUS (2005), 507 (2006), MENENTUKAN ARAH (2008), BERLAYAR (2011), dan MUSIM YANG BAIK (2014) ini adalah album kedelapan, Kemudian mereka merilis album kesembilan mereka FILM FAVORIT (2018), dengan penanda menjadi album pertama mereka yang dirilis secara indie.
