قال الألباني رحمه الله معلقا على هذا الحديث : ( فإذا وجب على المرأة أن تطيع زوجها في قضاء شهوته منها ، فبالأولى أن يجب عليها طاعته فيما هو أهم من ذلك مما فيه تربية أولادهما ، وصلاح أسرتهما ، ونحو ذلك من الحقوق والواجبات ) انتهى من آداب الزفاف ص 282قد دل القرآن والسنة على أن للزوج حقا مؤكدا على زوجته ، فهي مأمورة بطاعته ، وحسن معاشرته ، وتقديم طاعته على طاعة أبويها وإخوانها ، بل هو جنتها ونارها ، ومن ذلك: قوله تعالى : ( الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنْفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِم ) النساء/34
وقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : " لا يحل للمرأة أن تصوم وزوجها شاهد إلا بإذنه ولا تأذن في بيته إلا بإذنه " رواه البخاري (4899)
وروى ابن ماجة (1853) عن عبد الله بن أبي أوفى قال : لما قدم معاذ من الشام سجد للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ما هذا يا معاذ قال أتيت الشام فوافقتهم يسجدون لأساقفتهم وبطارقتهم فوددت في نفسي أن نفعل ذلك بك فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فلا تفعلوا فإني لو كنت آمرا أحدا أن يسجد لغير الله لأمرت المرأة أن تسجد لزوجها والذي نفس محمد بيده لا تؤدي المرأة حق ربها حتى تؤدي حق زوجها ولو سألها نفسها وهي على قتب لم تمنعه " والحديث صححه الألباني في صحيح ابن ماجة .
ومعنى القتب : رحل صغير يوضع على البعير
وروى أحمد (19025) والحاكم عن الحصين بن محصن : أن عمة له أتت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في حاجة ففرغت من حاجتها فقال لها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أذات زوج أنت ؟ قالت نعم قال : كيف أنت له ؟ قالت ما آلوه ( أي لا أقصّر في حقه ) إلا ما عجزت عنه . قال : " فانظري أين أنت منه فإنما هو جنتك ونارك " أي هو سبب دخولك الجنّة إن قمت بحقّه ، وسبب دخولك النار عن قصّرت في ذلك .
والحديث جود إسناده المنذري في الترغيب والترهيب وصححه الألباني في صحيح الترغيب والترهيب برقم 1933

وفي الإنصاف (8/362) : ( لا يلزمها طاعة أبويها في فراق زوجها , ولا زيارةٍ ونحوها . بل طاعة زوجها أحق ).
