2 ★In the beginning, this was a good game. Once you get to the upper hotels lime number 13 and up it gets unreasonable. It's like they want you to use up your extra powers just to pass a level. And the rewards are getting repetitive. Such as getting money, a crystal or a 1 up out of 10 for speed. While the double income or fast machines rarely come up anymore. Like on hotel number 13, you can only carve 3 drinks at a time, hold only 2 at a time but have 4 guests order 7 to 10 drinks at the same.
2 ★The ads for this app were at least accurate to gameplay. That's why i downloaded it. After progressing to the second hotel in Rome, the game became impossible to beat without powerups and ptw. There are "gather coins" levels I can't get past. Even if I do everything near perfect, I'm always short by about 10 coins which is incredibly frustrating. The AI sends people to your hotel when you have no empty rooms, then the countdown destroys their mood and reduces the amount of money you get.
1 ★I deleted the app because they like to cheat you. When you finish each level, sometimes there's an option to "double your income". Meaning you watch an add and whatever coins you won for that level doubles afterwards. Too many times have i done the "double your income" option and the coins doubled yet they didnt all get added to my overall amount. For some reason I get cheated out of almost half those coins, ESPECIALLY when I'm supposed to be getting a large amount added. Very annoying & unfair.
3 ★Honestly it's a really fun game and I enjoy it.... However when I have a 5 minute booster bonus or lives. I don't actually get to use or benefit from it more then once. Because I keep getting pop ups (you can't press X or skip) for the cruise thing or whatever event is going on. Taking up more then half my time. What is the point of winning boosters if you can't use them. So I probably won't be playing this often anymore. It's getting to frustrating.
1 ★It's misleading and a waste of time. You move through levels with ease until you get to a certain level. Then it's impossible to win without them wanting you to spend money. I tried watching the ads in hopes of winning extra gems, but the ads are 90 to 120 seconds long, to only win one gem. Instead of when you have a good run them giving you a prize, it only goes toward winning a prize. All the gaming apps are all about profit these days.
1 ★This game would be fun if you could actually pass the levels without having to buy boosts. Whats the point ina game if after a certain point its impossible to advance. Huge disappointment. And who puts 80 freaking levels on one hotel! Stupid. Yes! Ive been stuck on level 48 or 49 for weeks! I wind up having to replay the first hotel over and over just to get a couple boosts which gets very boring. The second one level 49. I see from reviews its not just me so i will delete the game
3 ★Things that would be nice to have: -Claim all button for coins. -A button to stop all of the bellboy's moves. Sometimes I can accidentally click something and then I have to watch all the moves play out without being able to fix it, usually resulting in losing the level. -A way to convert old coins from different hotel areas to diamonds. -An incentive for maxing out all upgrades at hotels (right now, there's not really an incentive to play old hotels). But aesthetically, it's a beautiful game.
4 ★Fun and works well. Some levels are VERY challenging. I never pay for in-game purchases. Would be 5 stars if it didn't have those. Still I am able to progress without paying, but requires significant patience. Update/answer: sometimes i don't have enough jewels to upgrade hotel, to advance, so I fail the same level many times or wait until eventually I accumulate enough jewels; and the wait time for upgrades after "purchasing" them is too long. Now on Silver Pike 53/80.
3 ★No elevator in game! Why on the ads you show it running an elevator to let people on and off at the correct floors, but this is absolutely nowhere in the game?! I'm quite sad, that was the whole reason for getting the app....I went through to the 4th hotel hoping that is where it would FINALLY be...but NOPE ☹️☹️ Not happy. The game is hard fairly quick, but in a good way in my opinion. Do need boosters for some levels, but they are definitely not impossible..just have to be quick and strategic.
3 ★Ad infinitum watch your clicking or they'll get you to spend all when you think you're going to the next thing or getting out of it. They say they're "working on it" lollllll. If you don't pass a level, they won't even give you the full credit for what you earned. They give you maybe 50% of your coins, so it takes forever through losing lives & waiting for more coins & tries to actually upgrade enough to move on. One of my favourite games; of course nothing will be perfect that's free 🤷♀️.
4 ★I love this game and get extra gems by going back and playing old levels. The one thing I have an issue with is I feel like it was a bait and switch. I originally began playing the game because I saw an add with an elevator and the operator would let guests on and off due to their floor. I thought that would be cool to play however I'm finished with the final hotel now and that elevator level doesn't exist.
3 ★I have enjoyed this game for a long time now but there's so many pop ups before you can start the game, with all these subgames and things going on. Now there's ads between levels after you win one. It takes too long to start the level and then wait for ads between levels any more. Then the extras games, the pirate thing has gone on forever, finding racoons, now dogs. I just want to play this game. Not other games in it. I'm up to level 76 Norse Cliffs but haven't been playing as often.
