Nguyễn Ngọc Ngạn (sinh ngày 9 tháng 3 năm 1945) là nhà văn và là xướng ngôn viên người Canada gốc Việt.Ban đầu, ông được biết đến với tư cách nhà văn sở hữu nhiều cuốn sách được người Việt hải ngoại đón nhận.
