5 ★I actually have won 3-4 gift cards and they actually worked, but now bingo hasn't worked in 3 -4 months just a yellow dot and I guess that I have been blocked from playing bingo also and from receiving gift cards!!! It used to be an awesome game!!!
3 ★It's a pretty fun game, it's easy to rack up stars to turn into money, only thing is....there are NEVER any gift cards available to redeem your cash for. EVER. I've been playing since February I think, and they've had nothing to redeem since, and they never get enough cards for the amount of people who play. So you could wait 9mths-yr before you get rewarded... I've got like $50 saved up because there's nothing available. So if you want a gift card, check every 2 minutes for availability
1 ★I used to have a good rating for this app, back when I cashed out bank bucks for a gift card. Now? The game seems to be abandoned. No gift cards, no bingo, no sweeps to enter. Been like that with gift cards for months. The trouble with sweeps and bingo is recent, past week or so. I would avoid this game unless you want to waste your time earning stars and bank bucks for nothing.
1 ★First off it took me almost 6 months to get to where I could cash out and when I go to cash out no gift cards available there actually has never been any gift cards available. And for the last month-and-a-half I haven't been able to play the bingo so therefore I can't enter into any of the drawings or raffles. And never got a response from customer support. Tell u I highly suggest not downloading this app it is completely BS and to anybody thinking about downloading I guarantee you'll regret it.
1 ★The bingo cards have disappeared I have told them twice about this and now the sweeps have disappeared as well, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it twice and it's still the same, PLEASE do something about it. I have also tried and tried and tried and tried to cash in £20 trying to use an Amazon card, it's been about a month now and every time I only get sold out , is this a scam or will I get my money. If I get the money I will give it 5 stars because I do enjoy the game.
1 ★As other reviewers have said, the main problem with this game is that you cannot cash out when you reach a milestone because all the gift cards are sold out (in all currencies) and have been for MONTHS. There is no option to cash out to PayPal either. It's a shame because the game itself isn't bad at all. Messaging the developers results (at best) in an automated response. If you are looking for a new game I would avoid this one.
1 ★I changed my rating from 5 to 1. I cashed out twice when I first started playing 12/2019. Since then all gift cards are "sold out". I have been trying several times a day to get ANY gift card. My balance is $31.85. I stopped playing the game until I'm able to cash out. I didn't mind watching the tons of ads when I was getting compensated. However I won't watch anymore until you pay out. I also wasn't able to get bingo & sweeps the last couple months I was playing. I used to LOVE this game.
1 ★This is the second time this game ripped me off. The first time I scratched a card. Matched the 3 symbols. & Right before my eyes 1 out of my 3 symbols changed. Now on April 5th I finally saved enough tokens to redeem a $50 PayPal card. I was told it will take 7 business days to receive my card w/Amazon delivery. Almost a month later & I'm still waiting for my card to arrive. I also suggest that nobody should download this game. IT'S A BIG RIPOFF!!!
1 ★I had rated this app 4 stars, but since the bingo and sweep entries are gone, you can't even cash out because the cards are always sold out. Not to mention that I cashed out £50 3 months ago to be sent to me and I never got it, I sent an email to support but no replies. What a waste of my time playing this game day and night for like 5 months to get nothing from it.
2 ★It was ok to start with but now it's got to the point you can't cash out or play any of the bingo games, not sure if it's down to the new update which is causing errors within the game, have had this issue for a while now and if not fixed soon then will have no choice but to uninstall the game as it's unfair that you cant play the game properly or cash out when you have enough credits. There is another thing that might irritate people is the fact that it sends you a notification every 2mins

Nothing works anymore you can't cash out there's no bingo there's no sweepstakes and you never win on the scratch offs just add up points that you can't collect. This is very sad to treat the ones who play this game this way . I have spent endless hours playing this game only to be rejected. Everybody needs to delete this app but it would be nice to collect what we've earned already! Shameful an Disrespectful To Us All! Blessings
