Haziran ayının 1995 tarihinde Adana’da 100.7 frekansından yayın hayatına başlayan Radyo Çukurova, ilk yayınını tarz olarak pop müzik olarak başlatmıştır. 2011 yılında Nurs Lokman Hekim bünyesine giren Radyo Çukurova "Bölgenin Türkü Radyosu" sloganıyla tarzını Türk Halk Müziği yapmıştır.Radyo Çukurova; Nurs FM, Koza TV, Nurs TV, Kanal A, Mega TV, Evin TV, Bültenaturel dergilerini bünyesinde bulunduran NURS MEDYA GRUBU'na bağlı olarak yayın hayatını sürdürmektedir.
Radyo Çukurova olarak Türk Halk Müziği yayını müzik formatımızın ana çerçevesini oluşturur. Türk Halk Müziği denildiğinde yalnızca günümüzün sevilen Türküleri değil, eski unutulmaz Türkülerde gün içinde dinleyicilerimize ulaşmaktadır. Genel bir bakışla Radyo Çukurova'da program içerikleri politikadan, sanata; ekonomiden, spora, edebiyata, hayvan haklarına kadar oldukça geniş bir yelpazede çeşitlenmektedir.
