5 ★Does the job. Tunes well and quick, multiple tuning settings for different types of ukes (soprano, baritone, etc.), easy to figure out. Again, just does the job. It's perfectly fine.
1 ★This app caused unsolicited ads after allowing it audio access. Please do not download. I will now have to reset my phone... Admob is a banner ad method; the developers decided to add the ads on the space bar or on the same line as the space bar so that when you type you'd press the ad without noticing. The ads were inappropriate which makes it worse. After uninstalling the app the ads continued running which means something remains within your memory/storage.
3 ★Started off good, for G and A but very difficult to tune E and impossible for C. Found another app that was sooo much easier to follow. As someone with zero experience tuning an instrument I felt like I was getting lost in the world of too high too low on this app. Strong start poor ending.
1 ★what do all yall 4.5 stars doing? cause it sure isnt working Nothing compared to what your all "saying" and "claim". Its no where near as accurate either. dont get this if you expect something easy to navigate or to use with ease, when tuning the arrow goes either all the way to the left or all the way to the right, very difficult to see and understand how much lower or higher that specific note needs to be.. not recommended.
1 ★I haven't paid for this because I can't use it for more than 10 second without an advertisement getting in the way. Dam annoying! I know there will be no ads in the paid version, but why offer a free one if it's unusable because of the ads?
1 ★Edit: This review is 1 star due to the unskipable ad on startup. More things I don't like about this app? It strongly advises watching a video before using, the video is a waste of time with another ad. Description calls this the most accurate tuner, or advertiser speak for "we are the same as everyone else". This app is the least usable that I tried. Apears to be ad agency posing as small developer. Lastly this review is for users, not trolling for a snarky response from your PR team. Better?
2 ★Used to enjoy this app. Now it either plays loud AD videos or it tries to load them for a long time before I can tune. Don't wish to feel angry before I play anymore. Goodbye. Update: Thank you for your reply. What this means for me is that I can no longer use this app if I have poor internet connection because of video loading times. Sorry. Not for my needs.
1 ★Whoever designed when the ads play in this app must be some kind of sadist. Just trying to tune four strings and I must have seen 10 ads pop up in the last 30 seconds. Save yourself the download, there are much less intrustive tuning apps than this.
5 ★Very useful. Easy to use on my first day as a beginner. i just watched a youtube video to understand. Its easier than using the tuner that i got free with the ukulele. Now i use that in addition to this app. This app helps me see the actual frequency.. N shows the expected frequnect also on top in small digits
5 ★this helped a lot! looking at other reviews, it seems like you're phone's audio needs to be compatible with how it measures sound. it worked on my phone, so I'll give it 5 stars without hesitation.
5 ★I dont usually rate an app but this one is really effective! dont believe those who commented negatively, i think they didn't understand the intructions and lack of common sense, I'm new to ukelele and when my cousins played with my instrument it got out of tune but this app is saver! very effective!
2 ★Everything worked well for a while, but the app often won't work. Here's the reason: the ads are not loading, and the app will not start unless the ad loads. So the app becomes useless when the ads don't show.
