1 ★I was on level 536 it erased all my data started me over and i was already being kicked out of games losing lives and it was taking coins. All a sudden it takes all my progress and i even restored the file, it still didn't allow me to regain my old account. it also take gems and drop during play. It cause you to fail and a life. The game was the best ever, but just like every other game, it updated which causes more problems than before, simply to make it cost currency to play due to difficulty.
1 ★Sloooooow. Kicks you out, even in the middle of of a game. Not enough opportunities to gain prizes. I'm with the person who says they've been on the same level forever. Close to deleting. update....had it with the glitches on this game...goodbye
3 ★Game used to be really good, but following an update it crashes a lot, it's really slow to start up and completely sluggish throughout the game. I've now been stuck on level 1584 for a week, no tools available and any slight chance I may have actually spent money on the game is now non-existent as this feature hasn't worked for over 2 weeks.

Now, it constantly crashes, sends me unwanted ads that use my data against me, and more recently it sends me endless notifications when I have unselected that in the settings. Fix it now! I am on the verge of deleting! Go back to the original formula. Ditch the ads! Make this game fun again!
5 ★Playing for awhile in my spare time w/o help; lose most times but keep onplaying til I win the level! It's fun! Have noticed on some levels such asthe gummy bear ones that the candies do not take off many point percentagesas it should; it's a shame that it cheats that way. Also the game has beenfreezing and I'm getting booted off ;it takes forever to reboot!
3 ★The concept of the game itself is great but this game takes upwards of 15 minutes to load sometimes. It constantly freezes up, it'll boot you back to your home screen in the middle of the game (which costs you that life) and then you have to completely reload the game again to play. When you contact the developer, they'll blame your device no matter how much you've upgraded it. I've been playing it for years and they keep adding more stuff without fixing the bugs. Their other games work just fine, just not this one.
5 ★Love it play a lot maybe you could give a daily bonus if you play every day. If you don't I will still play. I do not like how the game freezes then closes it self and you have to restart the game which this game takes a long time to load and you lose one of your life's every time it freezes and closes
3 ★too many repetitive popups .. when you get the 30 mins of free time, its more like 28 after you have responded to all the popups .. 30 mins should start when you begin the next level .. level 285 is problematic, on several occasions i made 2-3 moves and the moves left goes to zero and then exits and deducts a life .. thisbhas happened to me 3 times after i reloaded ..
2 ★This game is fun but takes way too long to load on Android and there are too many screens at the beginning you have to see and x out to even start the game..also this game freezes and can't continue. Doesn't make for a good game.
1 ★Right now im not happy I paid for my gem and wasn't given then I've tried 4 times to get help but your help info isn't very helpful when im trying to submit my request and it refuses to go through. i have my receipt and order no. Who am i supposed to contact i would like an email address or telephone number please, i require a refund or my gems...... don't ruin this game for me due to a minor issue.
2 ★This game freezes and crashes a lot. Has so many ads as well. Also,Everytime i get a new phone I lose all of my progress, there has got to be a way to restore where you left off. I was on level 415 now I have to start all over. I've invested time and money into the game. Makes me not want to play anymore, and i probably wont since I have to start at 1 again.
2 ★This is a great game to play but it cut off and if u wine a level it cut off and u go back in it take u back a level. So some of the levels r hard to to get but when u do it cut off and go back to the level u just finish i start the game as long as i can . i have to delete it now. May can back when y'all fix the problems..
