3 ★I have been playing this game since 2012. The developers need to make some updates to the game, I have re-downloaded the game several times trying to get the game to open. Hopefully I will be able to open the game before my food rots. It says I don't have internet, but as you can see by this message, I do have internet. This game is made for older phones. Might be time to give up the game.
2 ★How I loved this game, until I realized Bakery Story has been cheating me. I've played this game 2 times b4 couldn't remember my password so I had to start all over Now BS usually give you the option of watching videos for gems. Haven't allowed me that option. This is where I'm been cheated 😡 They give everyone the option but me. I Kno several people who play this game and they cheat you on money also I hate that they have done this(gems) If I can't get the option. Losing Interest
1 ★Only 1 star because everything is locked, oven level locked, expanding way expensive and even when visit neighbors is 1 experience star* no daily free chest or roulette. Also buying gems have no bonus*exp or parts. ALSO I PAID GEMS NEVER GOT THEM. Just lost a paying customer. They took my money never worked my ticket at all. I even had proof of what I bought and my gems were never added. DO NOT PLAY WIT MONEY, DONT PAY ANYTHING, customer service is horrible. Better play pocketcamp
4 ★It is a really fun and satifying game; however, just recently, I can't open the app anymore. The loading screen just kept saying that there is no internet connection even though I am connected to the internet. I am so bummed at this. What happened?
2 ★Very cute game for random down time. BUT this game is unforgiving to new players. It gets grindy FAST. And to expand your shop it says to pay 20000 coins, which is ok. BUT after you raise the funds it refuses to let you expand until you GET NEIGHBORS. All the forums on this game with ids are from 2011 to 2017. Thanks no thanks for making the game unplayable to people who like to spend their down time PLAYING the game instead of creeping on forums in effort to unlock the actual content.
5 ★My daughter is the one, That told me about this game, And she said mom this is a very addicted game, And i tried this game, And my daughter stopped playing, And i am so addicted to Bakery Story, It really makes you feel like a real bakery. You bake pretty cakes and pies, And whatever you bake, Please remember you are baking something, Make sure you, keep up with the time, Because you will burn it up.If you try this game, It is going, To be hard to put down. Enjoy Bakery Story.
3 ★Great game. Only thing is, it tells me I'm out of sync and need an internet connection. When in fact I am able to connect to all my other apps no problem. So it's the game that has the sync issue. If that could be fixed I'll change my rating to 5.
1 ★I can't seem to log in today. Keeps telling me it can't connect to the internet and it seems I'm not the only one. I love this game and have been playing for several years now but I am in the middle of a goal and can't log in. Please fix guys! I would hate to give up this game because it's out of date.

4 ★ive played this game on/off since it first came out. while fun, the goals seem to be a little broken. there are no sweet-co furniture, why is it still a "goal"? if the items required aren't available, this goal should be removed.
2 ★I love the game, but I recently bought gems and they aren't showing up. I contacted support and there's no response. I also wish (all) past items were available to buy, and not parr of a goal (and locked).
2 ★I've been using bakery story for about 3 months now and I really have become addicted to it. I've spent probably $200 dollars on it. Well the other day I bought some extra diamonds to go on my account and it's been like 5 days and I still haven't seen them. I've created what you call a ticket for the correct department and still nothing. I'm pretty upset that I've wasted so much time and money on this game.
