1 ★This latest update has made it to where I cannot even get through the loading stage before it freezes and crashes..but it was required to update in order for me to get on the game. From what I've read, I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.. even after doing the steps you posted on Facebook. Y'all need to fix this before you start losing paying customers.
1 ★Well a week on since I did the last update and I still can't play on my game!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely love this game and it's always been 5 stars until this last few days I clicked on update a couple of days ago and now I cannot load the game on my phone, I've tried everything I can think of but nothing works. I emailed but inbox is full so one star to get someone's attention there. It will go back to 5 stars when this problem is sorted, please fix this
1 ★I loved playing this game it was really relaxing. Then I downloaded the upgrade and it would not let me in. It froze. I restarted my phone each time for a bit. But still won't let me access my farm still after restarting. I was hoping they would fix it. I've played on this app for over a year and after a week of hoping it would fix itself. I just deleted this game. Very disappointing.
1 ★I've been playing this game since years now, but since the last few days there's trouble in the game loading, specially after the last update. It jus shows loading and then shows hayday isn't responding. This has been happening since the past 4-5 days every time I uninstall it and reinstall, it works for a few while and then again the same problem. I wrote to them about the issue but haven't got any reply from yet. It's very disappointing, maybe it's time to find a new and better game.
1 ★I have always loved playing on Hay Day, as you can farm 'til your hearts content and chat with other players too. Unfortunately though, a few days ago a new update was released and my phone updated to it automatically. However, since the update I cannot load into the app due to it crashing half way in. Upon contacting Supercell, they have not really convinced me that they will fix the issue. All my hard work has clearly gone to waste...
1 ★After the last update, the app opens once or twice in the morning, and then doesn't load - says the app is not responding. Eventually, seems to load again at night... and the same cycle has happened for 3 days now. Please fix this bug! It's very disheartening when this happens and you're in the middle of timed challenges ‐ like the Derby.
1 ★I spend many hours a day cultivating my farm and town, and I love it! However, I haven't been able to open the game since the update. Please address this bug and correct it. After reviewing other player's responses regarding the app continually crashing since the update, SUPERCELL why don't you issue some type of response to the huge number of players that have now lost money and are negativity impacted?!EDIT: After nearly a week of waiting, closing, deleting, reloading, I'm getting really tired
1 ★Normally love this game, but this latest upgrade has caused soo many issues and thousands of us are still unable to load the game. Facebook is flooded with complaints. Update on June 29, still having issues with many unable to load. If you have an Android phone DO NOT download. You will have to clear your cache and storage data every time you login. Once fixed I will edit my review.
1 ★I've been playing this game for years... Took break for a few years and came back. Then I even got my fiancée to start playing playing. But now after this new update, it's impossible to load game! I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache data. No luck... Please fix or else I'm going to stop playing. I know that you don't really care about single players, but if we all stopped playing then they would take notice! 🤔😤😡😠🤬

But for some reason, every since I updated the app it won't let me open the app. Like it would load and than a message would pop up saying hayday isn't responding. So I exited out of the app and tried again but with no success. I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and tried to wait for the app to load. Literally nothing happened. I just don't know what to dooo and I really want to play :(
1 ★Absolute nightmare to get the game loaded since the last updates. After restarting numerous times I got a way loading the game - Wiping the game data enables the game to load, then I am able to log in with Super Cell ID, then I can play my farm. Need to repeat this every time I want to load the game. This has really become a neuasence. Not sure if I will be continuing this route. It doesn't seem as if these developers are interested or intended to fix this issue soon, if ever...
1 ★Usually I love this game. But the last few days, it has been making me mad & I just wanna throw my phone!! With the new updater that I did on my phone. It hasn't let me play for 3 days now. Please get this fixed ASAP. Or I'm looking for a new game! I normally would give it a 5 star. But since this update, I have to knock it down to 1 star. I'm sorry not sorry. Once its fixed & I'm able to play. I'll raise it
