Songify’s unique songification technology was invented by Smule to turn speech into music and is not the same as Antares Auto-Tune, which does not work on speech.
EXPLANATION OF PERMISSIONS USAGE:
Permission: READ PHONE STATE AND IDENTITY
Reason: We use this to create a unique identifier for each device so we can keep track of the coin balance and songs each user has purchased and re-instate current purchases if he or she deletes the app and re-installs. We are currently evaluating other options for this to see if there is a way to offer the same functionality without requiring this.

Download Songify by Smule APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

1 ★Notifications, running constantly in the background, constant nagging to buy crap.... This app breaks all the rules for not being an obnoxious pile of crap. Don't bother installing unless being nagged constantly while it chews on your battery a good thing.
1 ★it was terrible i mean all of the songs had to be bought. And dont even get me started on how your voice sounds. You sound like a robot i love to sing but i hate this app. Even the music you get sounds weird and its not even a known or popular beat of music. and sometimes you can get free ones you would think oh justin beiber music or selena gomex or even Taylor swift no not even motzart this stupid junk thats sounds like a off brand motzart.its just terrible
2 ★Once you record a Songify song, you cannot take it out of the app and make an MP3. That is absolutely ridiculous. A couple years ago, you could go to your song link and view the source code and find the link to the MP3. Now you can't without third party software. Also, the music almost always drowns out the vocals, and there is no way to fix that. You cannot hear the vocals most of the time. I love the concept, but you get what you pay for. To the developer: Don't be a jerk. What's wrong with actually being able to use the songs? Why did you go out of your way to make sure that people could not create actual sound files? Without these problems, I'd give your app five stars. It's brilliant and intuitive.
1 ★You talk/sing after tapping to record, it then plays back a synth/orchestral instrumental and you can just about hear what you said/sang over the top. Exactly what is this rubbish? Utter waste of time.
5 ★I really enjoy this app. We have a lot of fun with it, and end up laughing a lot while playing with it. It's not for people who want to make serious music, but for anyone who wants to make some silly songs I highly suggest it!
4 ★Very entertaining & keeps kids busy when bored for a good 20 mins or more depending on their attention span. Stumbled upon this app & glad i installed but will give 5 stars when pitch/tone/volume of voice is fixed so music doesn't drown out voice.
1 ★It plays back poorly. The sound cuts out every couple words. I uninstalled, and reinstalled the app... it played back properly the first recording and never worked after that. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again, but it never worked.
5 ★This app has changed me. Im writing new raps every week, iv showed my friends and they love them im so glad only if i could show the whole world my talent
2 ★I have atleast 13 songs, but its not letting me play them! I can only make songs. I can then only hear the new song once the same day i made it then it becomes unplayable! Pleease fix for higher rating beause i do not want to delete it and lose all me songs
