Når børn møder til undersøgelse på Børneafdelingen, er de ofte utrygge eller bange, fordi de ikke ved, hvad der skal foregå.Med Doktor kan børnene derhjemme lege sig igennem de forskellige procedurer på en mobiltelefon/tablet forud for konsultationen.
Børnene kan sammen med deres forældre gennem spillet på en sjov måde blive mere fortrolige med hvad der skal ske, når de kommer på sygehuset, og derved håber vi at spillet vil bidrage til, at hospitalsbesøget bliver en god oplevelse for både barn og forældre.
