من أجل رفد الأثير العراقي خصوصاً والإسلامي عموماً بصوت ينقل كل ما يتعلق بأمور المرأة والأسرة المسلمة وهمومها، ويحاول معالجتها وفق الرؤى الشرعية التي لم تترك مورداً إلا ولها فيه حكم، وللمساعدة في تربية الأطفال وفق منهج سليم وصحي نفسياً وجسمياً، تم تأسيس هذه الإذاعة الفذة (إذاعة الكفيل) تيمناً بكفيل العيال وحامل لواء الإمام الحسين أخيه أبي الفضل العباس(عليهما السلام)، ومنهجية الإذاعة مبنية على النظم الإسلامية المحمدية في بناء شخصية الإنسان عموماً، والمرأة والطفل والأسرة خصوصاً، وصيرورة الإنسان فرداً ناجحاً بنفسه، مفيداً لمجتمعه، ومما تنفرد به إذاعة الكفيل عن غيرها من الإذاعات في العراق والعالم، هو أن كادرها الفني والإداري هو كادر نسوي فقط، ولا توجد في العالم كله إذاعة جميع أفرادها من النسوة فقط كإذاعتنا المباركة، حيث تشتمل الاذاعة على عدة وحدات منسقة تكمل احداهما الاخرى ليظهر العمل الاذاعي بحلة راقية ومميزةLatest updates
