VR Button guide:
- Below screen: Open file browser and Play controls
- Left of screen: Subtitle on/off, text size, Sync on/off and Screen lock. Read more about Sync below!
- Top of screen: Re-center with timer, SDK re-center (keep horizon level), Screen-type switch, Video type switch (2D/3D Side By Side, 3D Over/Under), and fisheye projection toggle.

Synchronization instructions:
- Synchronization is a feature that keeps a movie in sync between two devices. To enable sync, first set up the IP of the device you wish to sync with in Settings/General, where you can also find the IP of your own device. Do this on both phones so they have each others IP configured.
- Select a video to play. If it's a local video it must be present on both devices.
- In the VR UI, click the "sync" button on both devices to enable synchronization.
- On one of the devices, start the video by pressing the play button. After a small delay, the movie will start playing synchronized on both devices.

Permission usage:
NFC, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : Used by the Cardboard SDK to set up and save your headset configuration.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Used for finding the IP of your device and displaying it in the Sync settings, to help set up synchronized play with another device.
INTERNET, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required for accessing media on the device and for streaming.
Note: The VIBRATE permission is not used and will be removed in the next release.

4 ★Best app, please add ftp server option instead of network stream, ftp server is easier to setup then setting up network stream.
3 ★Bought this because an earlier beta is supposed to have support for the Daydream controller but it doesn't work and there isn't an option to enable it. Tried on Pixel 1 (android 10) and Pixel 3 (android 12). Otherwise, the app seems good and can stream videos from local fileshare.
5 ★Best Vr app I've come across. This side of mobile apps is unexpectedly niche so I found this through pure luck. Definitely worth the price. A few things I have a problem with though is the screen size being too small especially in environments like living room and cave. I prefer it to be like the large screen on ps vr, or like you're viewing front row in the theatre. I've not run into any bugs so far.
1 ★Overall app is features are good, however, there is one single aspect which renders the app useless. Whenever I change the values under "Headset profile" (eg, inter-lens distance, etc), these values don't get implemented. This can be double confirmed as upon re-opening the app, the values always automatically reset back to original values. Eg. inter-lens distance always resets back to 64.0mm. Even when switching VR via Cardboard app, these values won't change, thus rendering the app useless.
4 ★This VR viewer is easy to use, and has a reasonable amount of flexibility. If you want to watch VR video files on your device, this is a good choice.
1 ★Worthless on Android even after purchasing it? You install the app, allow access then there's options to where your files are THAT YOU CAN NOT ACCESS. Why not? I thought maybe buying the app would fix the problem but it does not. I have a device that works with VR. I have cardboard installed. The problem is still this app not opening where the files are. Been this way for awhile now.
1 ★Don't bother with this one anymore, worked in the past now constantly crashes. Doesn't look like they're updating anything either. RIP

3 ★Finally able to find a good VR video player with just one issue! I'm unable to scan QR for my headset and the image doesn't correct for my vr headset lenses. If you can provide me a solution I'll give it 5 star. It is asking me to install google cardboard app for configuring viewer but even after installing G Cardboard and scanning qr with it, the issue persists. I'm using a Samsung S24 Ultra
