Description

The original tablet mixing software is now able to control a Yamaha LS9-16 or LS9-32 digital mixer directly from an android device. Simply connect your console to a wireless router, configure AirFader, and go! See why users call AirFader their favorite GUI for remote mixer control.

Control most Input, Mix, Matrix and Stereo parameters including: On, Fader, Patch, Link, HA, Phantom, Phase, Pan, Stereo/Mono, Mute Group, Dynamics, Parametric EQ and Send to Mix/Matrix.

Custom Fader Layer allows you to assemble any channels in any order including duplicates and blank spaces, with draggable re-ordering. You can even copy the Custom Layer to/from the console.

Sends on Faders mode allows you to adjust any Channel Send for a single Mix/Matrix, or open the Channel View and adjust any Mix/Matrix for a single channel. Perfect for fast sound checks.

Other features include Graphic EQ, Outport level/delay, and metering of input levels and dynamics. AirFader even stays connected in the background so you can use other apps without losing your place.

1 ★The screen is cut off with samsung s8. Why oh why..

4 ★Only for LS9, will not work for M7CL

4 ★It works. it's reliable. Can't patch the whole board as easily as you can in studio monitor, but for wireless control and setting up the basics (channel names, custom layers, basic assignment) it's cheaper than an ipad. If you don't own an iPad, but do own any Android device, this is a no-brainer purchase for any LS9 operator.

4 ★The app works well but doesn't seem to work on Android nougat; which is fine. Just took me awhile to realise this because I've had zero response from the developer even though I've contacted them through their support email.

4 ★Great stuff! Works like a charm. Only snag is it asks me for a licence check randomly... A problem if your router is not connected to the Web. Otherwise really functional and easily worth the price.

3 ★It works flawlessly.. but every time my phone goes to sleep, when I go to unlock it, airfader needs to be rebooted. Maybe it's something on my end?

2 ★After installing the app on a new device Samsung Tab I keep getting asked to verify Licence this is after I used it a number of times. E mailed customer support on 28 January so far no response. But that aside great application would be better if you could access user defined keys or am I missing something.

2 ★!!!WARNING!!! This app will NOT function unless your device has an internet connection! Usually this is not possible while connected to LS9 through local Wi-Fi network. So unless your Wi-Fi router has a gateway to the internet the app will not function as it's requests licencing verification.

1 ★The screenshots show that it can use channels 1-64. After paying for the app, it only gave me channels 1-48 and there was no other way to access them. You are better off getting the beta version. It supports better options than the paid version.

5 ★AirFader has always been at the forefront of the tablet controlled mixer revolution. AirFader even predates Yamaha's own StageMix. AirFader Pro adds even more flexibility to the AirFader suite. Easy to setup, easy to use, a great user experience, and very reliable and dependable.

3 ★The bottom row gets cut off on a S8. It won't rescale

4 ★Great app. It lets you almost anything you can do on the board through your tablet or phone.
