Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Excellent concept! Should be a Preinstalled Feature on every phone. Almost everyone has medical issues or information needed during an emergency. Customizable SMS message is a plus! (Samsung SOS message, currently uneditable by consumer) :( Requested Samsung developers add ability to Customize standard messages on phone and wearables. Sent suggestions to this app's developers for improvements.
5 ★I am delighted with this app. I am disabled and have quite a few medical issues, which are now listed in the app. All my medication is listed too, plus my doctor's details and my emergency contacts. What I like most though is, if I need help when I am out, I can click on a button, which sends a pre defined message to my emergency contact, and includes a map to show where I am.
1 ★It was a great thing to have when I had my heart attack last December. all I had to do was motion to my phone and when the paramedics opened it up they saw the Medical ID button the pushed it and were able to get all the information they needed. HOWEVER, after the last update the icon on the lock screen has gone away and nothing I do gets it back. Seeing that I have a heart condition and epilepsy the whole reason to have this has gone. Fix this and once again it's a five star app.
5 ★Perfect! Played with the free version for a few minutes, then bought it. And shared it with friends & family.
5 ★The search is over! This app is PERFECT. I can actually enter all of my medical info - personal, history, medications, allergies... My doctors' info & emergency contacts are listed with links to my Contacts info. (I have them under Medical information). SMS can be sent automatically too; I've got 4 set up right now.. I have the horizontal widget on my lock screen & I chose for it to be mostly transparent. Everything you list is what You decide to list & as far as I can tell, that's a Lot.
5 ★As a cancer survivor with medications and a medical history this is an excellent app. I have a list of all my important medical info with me at all times. I love that it will also send out a call to 911 and text my adult children that I am having a medical emergency. My only issue us it does not always open from my locked screen which kind of defeats the purpose. I am hoping that is just a glitch because up until today it was working perfectly.
5 ★Great app Love the format, layout and options. All information on one page and esp the medical and contact information. i purchased the app for sms and gps feature but sms not working. all permissions enabled. emailed support and waiting for response. Update: issued resolved. i was using my phone number to test. i used a different one and the sms worked.
5 ★This app is a 'lifesaver'!!! Seriously though, it really is. I have epilepsy absent seizures where I zone out into zombie mode, and this app has had all my medical info and my emergency contacts available for people around me twice, and has it there for any future incidents. Its simple to use, clear, and holds detailed info for medical services to draw upon. I've had issues with the emergency banner lock screen that annoyed me, but that's not to do with this app, more so android bullcrap.
4 ★Works well, with some additional sections, would be excellent, although I haven't found another App which works as easily.
4 ★I tried the free version and liked what I saw, so I decided to go with the paid version to open the rest of the app. I was disappointed to find that It downloaded a new version instead of just upgrading the app. Not being able to make a backup or importing data from the free version, I had to re-enter everything I had done. Had it not been for not being able to import date from the free version, I would have rated it a 5. My brother is now also using it.
5 ★I think this app is one of the best apps I found. i love the ability to customize the lock screen emergency button to call whomever I want without having to unlock the phone, this is great that my ICE contacts can be contacted This is the kind of app that should be included as part of the default software included with all new phones
5 ★I was told by one of my G'daughters who is training to become a Paramedic that as part of the training, students are being taught to look for any Emergency Information that may be held on a patient's smartphone. Even on a locked phone, this information can be accessed. I have added all current medications and ICE contacts with their mobile numbers. It is important to remember that even if you have ICE contacts stored these cannot be accessed if you are unconscious. This App could save your life!
