Sevinch Mo`minova Tolibovna (30-iyun, 1982-yilda tug`ilgan) — o`zbek qo`shiqchisi va aktrisasi. Sevinch o`zbek va ozarbayjon tillarida qo`shiq kuylaydi. Sevinch Mo`minova bir nechta o`zbek filmlarida rol o`ynagan.Sevinch Mo`minova 1982-yil 30-iyunda Farg`onada Sanʼatkorlar oilasida dunyoga kelgan. 5-6 yoshidanoq Sevinch qo`shiq kuylab hammani lol qoldirardi. Maktabni tugatgandan so`ng xonanda poytaxtimizdagi Mannon Uyg`ur nomidagi Toshkent Davlat Madaniyat institutining rejissura fakultetini tamomladi. Onasi Ozarbayjonlik.
2010-yili o`zbek estradasining yulduzi Sharof Muqimovga turmushga chiqdi. Ikki juftning Leyla ismli qizi bor. 2013-yil 20-sentyabrida dunyoga kelgan.
Sevinch Mo`minova "To`lin oy" deb nomlangan ilk qo`shig`ini "Navro`z" bayramida kuylaydi. Xonanda ijod davomida 6 ta albom yaratdi. Bular: "To`lin oy", "Sog`indim", "Yuragim nolasi", "Yagonam", "Olib ket", "Sevasan meni" albomlaridir. Sevinch tez orada nafaqat O`zbekiston xududida, balki AQSh, Rossiya, Turkiya, Ozarbayjon, Afg`oniston, Qirg`iziston davlatlarida ham mashhurlikni qo`lga kiritdi.
