4 ★4 for the awesome ability if changing sounds of pedal, but the app is extremely buggy, works fine for a bit then it will start taking you to random toneprints when you are clicking on specific musicians, then you can't get out if the menu forcing you to quit the app and reopen it.
1 ★I've never once been able to beam a toneprint to my BG250 amp with this app, trying two different basses and a guitar. And on top of that, the computer app I downloaded for my laptop won't open anymore either, so I'm stuck with the prints that I have for the foreseeable future.
4 ★I can't get the Toneprint app to work either. Google Play Store says it downloaded but it doesn't show up in my list of apps, and when I use the app search function on my phone I still can't find it. (EDIT): working better now. Some of the problems were operator error!
1 ★App was OK but now will not load. I bought 2 TC Electronics pedals a few months ago which I can't now reprogram, wish I'd bought different make of pedal. I am very disappointed.My advice is avoid TC Electronics pedals. Come on guys, test your software properly before releasing!!!!!
1 ★Tried this app on two different android devices, a Motorola phone and a Samsung tablet. In both cases the same fault: after putting an effect into favourites the app freezes and crashes. Not an intermittent problem, this happens every time. Really spoils what is otherwise a good bass combo system.
1 ★I can't seem to beam toneprints to my pedals, despite trying repeatedly with different volume levels. I will gladly change this review to 5 stars, if someone can explain properly just how to do it, because the in-app guide seems to be missing a few crucial steps.
1 ★Had a couple of TC pedals over the years and was thinking about the HOF2 x 4 but Tc - how can I be expected to buy your pedal when your app won't even load? The tech is great but the app was always clunky and outdated. Now after these recent updates it just doesn't work. Please sort yourselves out.
3 ★After contiously crashing when starting the app and at the same time getting the same error message '...keeps stopping' from the 'Mini Synth' app from EHX that was not running, I managed to run TonePrint after I've started the MiniSynth app first. I think this is not as per design.
5 ★This app is rad! I can't believe the bad reviews I've read. At 1st my Flashback wasn't responding to the app. I did a firmware update and it works perfect now. I'm pretty stoked! The tone quality is amazing! Thanks TC
1 ★Freezes and crashes every time I save a favorite on my Galaxy Tab S2. Others have reported the same problem on different devices. Apple users report crashing too! Looks good and has great potential but it's entirely unusable at this time.
4 ★Pretty smooth so far. Would like a Plethora X5 filter in addition to the all, guitar and bass filters to cut down screen clutter. Would be cool to have a test riff wave file to you could record and store in the app so you could edit and save tone prints without your instrument.
3 ★When it works its great but when I save a favourite the whole app crashes, I go into say Paul Gilbert toneprint and save it when I try to go into any other toneprint after the save it won't give me the correct selection I'd be on Hof and click into Josh toneprint and then it puts me on a flashback toneprint I saved, plz fix soon
