Carmelo Galiano Cotes, más conocido como Galy Galiano (Chiriguaná, Cesar, Colombia, 10 de febrero de 1958), es un compositor y cantante colombiano de música romántica y tropical. Fue el primer artista colombiano en aparecer en la revista BllBoard con tres canciones en un solo listado.Conformó su primer grupo musical Los Diamantes del Cesar con amigos de barriada en donde él interpretaba el bajo y componía canciones.?
