Please note preview in big size will make gif picture look little scraggy. You should consider it before you rate this app. It will look nice if you view it in thumbnail. And yes it's moving.
You can use it to for other messenger app or forum who support gif with at least max 85 px screen size and 32kb.
Note for improving gif quality for bbm:
* Change size gif until gif result near 32 kb
