5 ★Love the game! Special thanks to you guys for fixing all the bugs! One bug remains where it goes to advertisements before I can get the contractors to start repairs and I lose valuable time to repair before the time runs out.

2 ★Timer is too short, but in-game time for renters is EXTREMELY long. Like a 1year lease is over 3 HOURS irl. The timer to do all of the renovations is 5 min irl. Most of the rehab options take at LEAST 2 mins to do. The only option to speed anything up is to use gems. Add to all of that there is NO way to remove your own data from this game. Forget about unlocking colors unless you plan on using irl money to purchase gems bc it costs those too as do managers and breaking a lease. Fed up w p2p.

2 ★I loved the game so much but when I click the page that shows our houses it just blank screen so I really can't do anything else in the game. Tried deleting the data to start over and reinstalling the game, it just won't happen. Still the same blank white screen. It's a pity tho I really love this one and wish to play it again but I can't because of this issue :(

5 ★I have enjoyed playing House Flipper. It experience feels real, like I am flipping my actual house. The game is easy to navigate. Basically, you start the game with an amount of money enough to buy your first house. You are given the choice to either sell or rent out the house after renovation. I like to just sell because I am anxious to flip another house. I recommend house flipper as it is quite relaxing. The graphics is superb, perfect mix of colors that catches your attention, I like.

1 ★Awful.... I really enjoy the game and I want to keep playing. However I bought no ads and I am still getting a lot of ads so if it doesn't get fixed I will not keep playing and I want a refund
