Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★I want to like this, and mostly do, but have many of the same issues as other reviewers. While I definitely appreciate the ability to flip houses in multiple cities since the update, the loss of any way to speed up progress is very disappointing. Although I've got over $3M in capital and 5 contractors, I can't do more than one or two jobs at a time in the bigger cities due to constantly running out of elbow grease. I can buy all the greatest finishes but can't put them in due to elbow grease. Really? The video ads are at least working more often than not now, but when it takes 9 hours to put a bowl of fruit on a counter and hang a clock on a wall, this hardly helps. The game seems built to force you into either buying hearts with actual money to keep progress going (no thank you) or to simply stop playing. Waiting 3 hours to replay the terrible mini-game and almost always lose is also very frustrating. It would be nice if the mini-game had any level of skill involved instead of just being a randomized, almost-sure-to-lose, shot in the dark.
4 ★A little repetitive as most games are, but I've found that doing some extras beyond the minimum they ask helps you advance faster. I'd love some extra challenges, like surprise repairs that would happen occasionally on a real job. I'd also like more staging options; right now you can only add in layers of additional lighting fixtures when I'd rather pick and choose my own combinations. It's a fun, addictive game though. I also want the ability to paint hallways and redo their flooring.
3 ★Really disappointed that the mini game was changed, and now we can't get a 2x speed or full rush on projects. Also, I'm on for about a minute then close out of the app because there is nothing to do. It was fun at first, but now I'm to Salt lake city and it's become very repetitive. I personally think the version before the update was better, and faster. Thank you for trying though, great concept but it still needs tweaking.
3 ★I have been playing for a little while now and like the game. But I have a few problems with it. 1. The new update is not good at all besides the owning multiple houses. I'm really upset that they took away the game to speed up renovations. It was nice being able to play something while you wait and make your wait less so you could get more done. Now its going to take days to complete one house especially when I have to wait 14 hours for counter tops(which is also ridiculous). I honestly will probably not play this game anymore just for this reason alone. The fun is gone. 2. There is no way to know what items are low, medium, high, or very high materials. I understand the top are low and the bottom are very high but it's hard to judge which ones in the middle are what so housed are being listed for medium when it was high. 3. It would be nice to have way more options within the materials like colors of paint and different options for staging etc.. All the houses I decorate are the same its a little boring. If you fixed these things it would be a great game.
3 ★The game is not great for people who have a busy day. It requires you to get on frequently throughout the day to make any decent progress. I do appreciate that it is an actual home design game and not a freaking matching game that gives you currancy to upgrade your home like most of the home games out there. I would like to see the option of queuing up items for your team to do when you cant get on. You still go through and pick what you want and they still have to finish the time on each item before they move onto the next thing. I'd also like to see more color option for paints and such.
1 ★I was very excited to try this game but the tutorial/text functionality is such a disaster I couldn't get past the first house. When Chip or Joanna are giving instructions, it prints out a message word by word at the slowest rate I have ever seen on any game. But if you make the mistake of tapping on the chat bubble to make it go faster, the entire message will flash for a second and then disappear. The final insult was an inability to exit the tutorial phase to see if there were settings I could change to adapt. Most frustrating gaming experience in years.
4 ★Great game! Very easy, relaxing game. Graphics are excellent! Love the landmarks within the game, very cool to link them to the actual websites A++ The only negative is that I can't just sit and play the game, different tasks take different times and there isn't much to do within the game... The push notifications are good but having one or two more mini games would be fantastic!!! Keep up the good work!
2 ★Graphics, UI, and artwork are nice. However, there's really no game in this game. You tap a button, it gives you 1-3 options which have no effect on the outcome, and then you wait for a timer to count down. Rinse and repeat. There's no challenge to stay within a budget while flipping a house, because the game tells you exactly what items are necessary, and what style of interior design to stick to. Basically, this game is just about watching timers count down.
2 ★Fun game with good graphics - really interesting concept. Enjoyed playing for a while. However, the game has been getting progressively worse with every update. The mini-games can no longer cut time and the latest update is just plain buggy. For example, when listing property it says "offers come every minutes" without showing an actual number. Also, the bids are off: I got identical bids (same $ value) 4 times in a row on 2 different properties. I don't recommend investing time in this game until developers fix basic issues.
4 ★I quite like this game. I do wish that there were more color options, a way to choose where the furniture is placed, and more wood grain options. I find that I end up doing the same designs over a over, and although the designs are lovely it can feel a bit repetitious. It is very easy to speed up the design installments, as well as building the hearts and sweat equity, and the cash, which is quite nice. Relaxing game, decent graphics, I will continue to play.
3 ★This game is fun BUT ends up getting repetitive and it is very limited on interior design styles. Yes, you can level up to add additional items but everything is still the same and only 4 design styles and only 4 color scheme within each style to choose from. Maybe some mini challenges in the cities or more freedom to design and renovate.
4 ★So this game is a bit of a surprise, a good one. It says it has ads, but they're hidden behind a video/movie button, you watch in exchange for points or something. Also a few nag screens and push notifications. Overall though, not intrusive. My thanks to the devs for that! Chip and Joanna are here, and tell you a little about house flipping. You really feel their presence in the game. The music can get repetitive, and some of the houses and house interiors are the same. But there is a lot of content to unlock, and you are well rewarded. Mechanics are entailed - you need elbow grease and money to buy houses then flip them. You need hearts to get more contractors, so you can do more things at once. Hearts can also be used to rush things, but I advise saving them. You can buy more of course. Excellent tutorial to get you started in the game, hosted by the Gaines. Very nice experience overall. My only complaint is the constant waiting, and the graphics could be just a bit better. Also some extreme loading time and the game froze/crashed once. Be nice to have the ability to look up and down as well.
