2 ★Very good network quality when i am in metro town area...but when i going to my village (where i am living most of the time) i can't even make a proper voice call...disappointed...and the pop up message from every minute in the lock screen about the weekend data roll-over its annoying and pathetic...please fix that immediately. I think that come from the idea power sim tool kit...every time i de active it next few minutes it automatically active and pop up...pathetic.... please fix these...
1 ★I really wish google had an option of no stars and just reviews. This one star doesn't mean anything (my ratings for you are 0/5) I'll be honest. Earlier Vodafone was a huge deal, something people were proud of and it had some substance in it. Now, being a Vodafone user is a nightmare! The service, your app every single thing has stooped down! Especially since this stupid VI collab has begun. Shame on you, seriously! I really hope you raise your standard back to what it used to be.
1 ★Worst network ever issues with it since 3 years never resolved. Worst connectivity in all scenarios. If they don't give double data offer i would throw this sim. Can't play games even at night. When you on and off airplane mode it takes minutes for network to return. This network is f..k. not wanted it the day when airtel or other network gives us 4 gb data daily i never come here again .throw this sim if you want good network.
1 ★Always showing false network as 5 full bars. But when you tried to call some one, it's showing "mobile network isn't available". I have 4G card , but internet speed like 2G. It's not giga network, it's gone network. Vi service is good only in metropolian cities like Mumbai, delhi, chennai. In other area, specially rural, service is very very very bad. When complaint on official email, reply received as complaint not in proper format. It means you will never solve customer problems. Very bad.
1 ★VI App is pathetic. It crashes and gives error screen all the time. why it is so hard to develop such a simple application. I am trying to pay my mob bill and it crashes all the time. its been 3 days :D i hope your testers are actually testing this application and find bugs for you :) and yes, please do read the comments and take it seriously. thanks for such bad user experience i wish i could give 0 rating out of 5
1 ★This time , this network is worst at all telecom industry. I never experienced vodafone like now. I am the user of vodafone from last 5 year approx but now the condition is worst to use.. the mobile network shows full network still u can't make calls or even if u on call the sounds break. have 2 sim cards for the same brand but as of now I don't understand is this a brand ??????? Team voda u must have to work on your network before the cusumer shuts or turn their network permanently.
1 ★Using experience is very bad. After two days of login It will logout automatically and also it is not run on VI network properly. When I open this app. for checking anything of my account then it takes time upto 2 minutes. This time network gives only 4 to 10 kbps speed, one interesting facts at that time I have to use airtel network for checking my account details on VI app....😁😁😁 What is this? Do something VI.
1 ★I don't have any problem with the mobile data but the thing that is an causing issue is the continuous floating notification to download the VI app every 1 min. I've downloaded the app, still it's the same. It's so irritating especially when you are busy with some important work on the phone and there's this notification every 1 minute. I've tried so many ways to stop it but there's no way to stop this even in silent and DND mode. It's more than a week now I'm facing this issue
1 ★The worst network in the world. I have been using vi network for the last two months. During these two months I called customer care at least 25-30 times as the speed is low, but just to say wait a couple of days your deta speed will increase, but the speed has not increased at all. The 2G speed of other networks is higher than 4G of vi network, I would just say to those who are thinking of getting a new connection of vi, don't waste money and time, choose any other network.
1 ★Update: the app does not open only. Tried all possible solutions, but it still keeps on giving error that "something has gone wrong". Not able to pay bill. VI will be pretty fast to charge late fee and other penalties. Very good approach VI to make extra money. I was told by Complaints team that VI 4G has average speed of 4 mbps. And you talk about Giganet!!!
1 ★I have a very poor experience with this app.The data is not working most of the time and when I checked the active plan and usage,it shows some wrong info which will confuse you. There is no option where I can see the data rollover balance also. On the top the network is very poor. I am planning to Port out to some other network atleast they have the clarity with the customer regarding there plans and usage. The customer care is pathetic and they close the complaints by thr own.
