1 ★Had this game for over a month. Fun to play, and includes 5 daily login points. For a week I experienced loss of points I never used. My amount dropped from 95 to 50 overnight. Dont know how or why, just deleted the app. No point in keeping it if I can't play any machine.
5 ★Addictive to play. While shipping cost for prizes is high, they do occasionally have times where shopping is lower cost or free, so just wait and get a deal. Love getting to play the games I've only seen on YouTube videos!

5 ★10 days ago, i thought this game is a scam. I won 6 prize within 30 minutes, it was so easy and the claw is stronger than other crane's one. I love toreba, i love icatch even much, icatch us legit real prize game, they shipped 5 items or above is free shipping, and it just took 10 days arrived to Australia. I am so excited and happy to unbox my snacks. Their customers service are great and fast reply, though they just reply you in Japanese. I love icatch so so much , addicted to it already.
1 ★It was okay you turn the daily log ins to 50 icp but then you change it back to 10 icp it could have been better than toreba but you just ruined your own game and you make it worse we can't even save the icp from the daily log ins cause you keep taking it away from 410 you turn it to 250 really?
1 ★Don't bother, very glitchy and as soon as I finally picked up the item and was about to win, the claw shook near the drop slot and the item fell back in the machine. Just a bunch of BS.

1 ★Its been about 3 months for my prizes for 2 different shipments that haven't even arrived. I have sent multiple emails which have received NO RESPONSES. I have checked the tracking numbers and it says that they havent even been sent out of thw warehouse yet. Gonna be requesting refunds from my bank. Give me all my money back and you can keep the prizes. Ridiculous.
