5 ★You will spend at least half the time you play watching an ad. If I'm exaggerating, it's not by much.. And this would be acceptable ... If you could pay to have them disabled. But you can't. There's no way around it.. That's why this game gets one star from me. With that out of the way... This game is phenomenal. It's the first mobile racing game I've played that actually works on a tablet properly. It's 6th gen console quality easily, and at the same time, it actually makes tilt controls work! Tilt controls have ever worked for me become,,. I'd be happy to support this game by paying to disable ads. And I rarely feel that way.
5 ★Legit best racing game on here. No question. Tons of cars, customization, and tracks. Then the racing is clean, AI isn't retarded, drift physics work properly, AND there's a working online mode. I don't even know how to make this one better. UPDATE: Can someone please explain how the multiplayer works? It doesn't feel real at all
2 ★This is a great game, I loved ridge racer on the PS and this is even better BUT for the love of god cool it with the ads, they're way to frequent, if there was a paid version of this with NO ads I'd definitely buy it but the ads have a big impact on how much you could otherwise enjoy a very good game, So less ads or paid ad-free version PLEASE!!
2 ★As a huge fan of RR4, this game made me fall in love on the very first drifting car I saw. But then everything died in a heartbrat:WAY-TOO-MANY-ADS! Can we at least PAY to get rid of it? Don't get me wrong, the game is awesome! But you can't even scroll down the menus without getting stopped dead on track by a full 30s unskippable ad. 5 mins of racing, 6 mins of ads. I'm not even lying. Sometimes you watch a 30s ad after a race, after the ad you close the tab that displays info about your victory and BAM! ANOTHER 30S AD THAT YOU CANT SKIP! Seriously, let us at least pay for a version without ads. I'd be really happy to!
4 ★The sound is not working correctly on my LG G3. I am on Android 6.0 and your latest update claims to be compatible with new OS. Not sure if referring to 7.0. Otherwise game works well. Please fix the sound issue as soon as possible.
1 ★Extremely oversimplified driving mechanics lacking any kind of normal physics based car behaviour. Cars basically drive like any old 1984 racing game. Absolutely terrible. Its just flashy gfx and a gazillion ads tacked onto a very basic game.
4 ★Edit: I cannot bring myself to purchase stuff in game because there is no way to restore game and these days with phones needing to be reset because of failure, upgraded, or replaced, this could mean losing money. Better graphics, easy to use controls. XBOX controller works with OTG cable. Thanks Namco for keeping it old school. LG G5 With Nougat.
2 ★The cars handle like a classic RR but the entire game is marred by hand holding tutorials and multiple adverts in between races. I had an advert clicked on the tasks button to see my challenges and swiftly got another advert. It's ridiculous and this crap needs to stop but since it won't I'm getting rid of this crap and playing a classic RR on a console.
4 ★As a kid, I had Ridge Racer 6 for the Xbox 360. It was one of my favorite childhood games. Playing this really takes me back, reminds me a lot of that game. Only thing that's keeping it from five stars is the lack of cars to chose from, would really like to see more. Other than that, it's pretty cool!
3 ★The chick in the main menu is hot. As for the adds that pop up at around 30 sec intervials is not so hot. I would pay to delete the ads. Seriously give up the adds. I pay for Ms. Pac-Man, so I can pay for this game as well
2 ★I rate this 2 stars overall not because the gameplay isn't fun. I love this game. What makes it unplayable is the 30 second ads that pop up multiple times while you move from option screens or select a new option. It's horrendous. I'd pay to remove ads, but that's not an option either. I'm disappointed.
