本作は、テキストを読み進めることでゲームが進行していく、
オリジナル学園恋愛ビジュアルノベルゲーム（ギャルゲー）です。
主人公『秋河 恭一』と、第一作『Fragment's Note』の
キーキャラクターのひとりでもあったヒロイン『朝霞 雪月』が紡ぐ、
『Fragment's Note2』のもう一つの可能性の物語が描かれます。

幼い頃に飛行機事故に巻き込まれ、
家族全てを失った主人公『秋河 恭一』。
それから、時は過ぎ……。
新たな家族に引き取られた恭一は、
飛行機事故の際に負ったトラウマを抱えながらも
義理の妹や友人達と極々平凡に生きていた。
そんな、ある日、
とあることがきっかけで、
恭一は『朝霞 雪月』と出会う。
その出会いが自分の未来に大きな影響を与える。
