2 ★The super membership ended without any prior intimation. Not getting the option to renew since then. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even sent an email to the customer care. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting for a reply which was promised in 6-8 hours. Neither can I add it in the cart, nor am I getting the banner on homepage.
1 ★My experience on swiggy is worst as it urges for logging new number to avail coupon for discount on food meals. This is the reason for not giving one star rating to this app. Sometimes the price of food is also high as compared to zomato. You are unable to avail offers if you are using the same number for last 6 months to order food and that's the cause of my disappointment. Please guys raise this issue on google play store that will remind the creator of app to improve this issue.
4 ★The application is great and user friendly. The order also arrives before time. But the order packing charges and delivery charges with taxes and bad weather charges are so high that I would this app only on special occasions or in emergency purposes. I would prefer to physically go to the restaurant and get a parcel.
1 ★They fake time...they show 20 mins and keep showing 20 mins for next 20 mins. Dishes are costly...discounts are fake as well....there's no loyalty for old customers and most privileges are kept aside for premium customers who buy membership.....Don't expect that all who buys from your app are rich...leave an option for everyone....

Today I placed my order from a restaurant just 2 mins away from my place and with a lot of patience and follow up my order was to reach my flat after long 45 mins The delivery person did not reach my flat n called to say I have kept the parcel at main gate take it from there. I requested him to get it up, he said no and dint receive my call post tat. Called cust care as I dint find my parcel at gate, they denied to refund bcoz the status was delivered. I dint get my food nor my money.
1 ★Absolutely pathetic service. Most of their delivery executives are untrained and mannerless. I have had terrible experiences of ordering food in my hometown Kota. Almost every delivery agent refuses to come to the exact address and thinks that my house is at the exact point where the location is. They are too illspoken and don't have any idea how to behave or talk to customers. Every time I have to chat with a bot and then talk to an executive to get my food delivered. Please train your agents.
3 ★Last order was disaster, app keeps telling 10 minutes 11 minutes and order comes after 45 minutes. Shameful. At least be true about timing. Update your programs! Be real time, real! First update, before time, second update on time, ladt update after 45 minutes, on time, it pure nonsense!
1 ★Worst app. Even after updating details address and also as per current gps location, it's showing my location somewhere else. Delivery boys are very arrogant even if it's a technical issue they will not co-operate and argue with us. They are very rude. Call centre is also useless since they don't have tech support and keep on doing false promises.
1 ★I am an active user,i love to order from swiggy and using it for past 3 years.Earlier their customer support was good and issues which are raised resolves quickly,but now the whole story is changed. No one there to help when ever there is something wrong with the order,no one is there to assist.Inspite of lodging so many complains via email i only use to hear we will connect within 6-8 hours but no response from anyone.Sorry to say but i have no other choice rather than switching to other apps.
1 ★Shows wrong location and order is always delayed then the given time. It shows 40 mins but takes more than 1 hr 30 mins and even charge cancellation fees if they are unable to reach you. Great disappointment. And even help desk unable to help. Also deletes the bad reviews.
1 ★If you are in Bangalore, never use this app on a weekends, completely unreliable services. They keep comming back with a sorry face and refund option to compensate the time they have wasted. Had multiple bad experience over the past few months. Even with multiple conversations with the help executives things have remaind the same.
1 ★What a horrible food application for vizag location. Every 3rd order that I place gets onto my nerves. The application always shows the wrong time and keeps on changing the time and delays the order. The help option is just one useless thing that Swiggy has. An automated reply and that's it! No one to bring a solution for the issue. Horrible!!
