Description
El 16 de septiembre de 1985 se inauguro Libertador FM, la primer radio FM de Florida, desde sus estudios de Rodó 379. Inmediatamente sorprendió a los Floridenses por su sonido estero y llevo a un acostumbramiento de la audiencia a sintonizar la banda FM. Rápidamente comenzó a ganar su audiencia con sus informativos, programas musicales, folclóricos y periodísticos que se hacían eco del acontecer Floridense.En aquellos tiempos resaltamos que la tecnología utilizada era muy diferente a la actual conformándose de pasadiscos, casetteros, y maquinas grabadoras a cinta, elementos que fueron variando con los años hasta llegar a nuestros días con la mejor tecnología, cubriendo un amplio territorio con su onda las 24horas, transformándose en la diaria e imprescindible compañía de las familias Floridenses, de distintos puntos del país y de todo el mundo a través de internet.
Su director es el empresario Silvio Cesáreo López y su programación es muy variada conformada toda por un equipo de Floridenses.
