1 ★Worse game app I have ever downloaded!!! It put virus in my phone spent money to buy alot of stuff to build my island and almost had it built next thing you know everyone who was in my club started complaining items and machines were disappearing days later it wiped out everything I worked hard for and started me back to beginning I ask help from support and then never ever helped me I called me bank and they did investigation and I won the investigation proving this app is deceitful and rip
2 ★I really loved playing this game and then it started crashing. For the last two weeks this has been so frustrating. There is alot of teamwork required to win races and these glitches and constant crashes makes it impossible to support the team. I have spent real money on this game and I am feeling so disappointed.
2 ★Just since earlier today, the game keeps displaying a message saying it has lost connection to the server and to check my internet connection. Once I open the app, it's fine for the first 2 minutes or so, then inevitably the message comes up. I will restart it, and the same thing happens again - fine for 2 minutes, then loses connection. None of my other apps are having the same issue, and I have an unlimited data plan, so I can't figure out why this would be happening.
1 ★Just tried logging into facebook to play my game from the level it was at just keep being told update available but theres no update so cant play the game. Rip off you spend money and then game doesnt work !!! Big fish games are notorious for not fixing games so long as they make money they dont care
4 ★Thanks for postponing race until you worked out the kinks! My island works great now. Sad 1 of my racers can't be part of my team because her island disappeared and says she doesn't have club built when she does. PLEASE HELP HER GET BACK TO US! Don't like that the whale helper Tito fills shells of items i have in stock. Emily doesn't do that to balloons!!! I love getting decorations for my island!!!!!!!!!
3 ★Was enjoying, but i can't fill the whale, had issues on and off, for days. Need more time to fill racing tasks. I keep missing it by ONE! 24-48 hours, should be sufficient. Need an indicator to allow us to help our friends/club members, wihout having to go to their island. Waste of time and sometimes get kicked out. Also, 12 hours to unlock the equivalent of a broom closet, shouldn't cost more magic, than the house I previously unlocked! Make amts proportionate to size!
1 ★After I did the update. I'm having trouble loading game. I get a connection problem window, that's says ' whoops sorry you are playing on another device. ' this is the only device I have ever played on. Please help! Thank you. I keep having same issue. Game will not load. August 15 ,2020. August 16th. Read though reviews. 2 ★My first experience was great. Now, everytime I click on pastry house, it boots me off game. I tried reinstalling and I had to start from level 1 again. I am finally back at pastry house on Panda Island and it is doing the same thing.
2 ★Please fix the game! It's been massively glitchy the past few weeks and now it won't load at all. Been playing for ages and really love the game but it's been massively frustrating lately. I totally recommend this game when it's working properly but lately it's not worth the storage space on your phone.
3 ★Would be 5* because I love, love, love this game but has been terrible since the last update. I'm level 70 and happily so but 2 weeks now and my team can barely finish a race due to all the glitches lately. Please roll it back to before the last software update or I may be forced to pick a new game to obsess over.

I was a regular daily player and am really upset because through all the reviews read it doesn't seem like anyone from the developers have taken the time to answer on any of the reviews. I reported the issue througjh their feedback tickets without any response. My fault to waste my money. Don't make the same mistake.

I wonder if my other team mates are having the same issues or if they just kicked me for not playing the last week. Every time I try to get on it immediately shuts down. Please fix this problem.
