Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★It's a nice looking player with decent controls. But unless I missed it, there's no way to browse the underlying directory structure for your music. When trying to load something specifically, I could only search by how the file was tagged or browse the whole list. As someone who was hoping to use this for podcasts (because of the 5/30/60 second skip option) this is a a fatal issue. I'm not keen on flipping through my entire library to find a podcast that may or may not have been tagged correctly. (And even just for music, I'm not sure all of my mp3s are tagged properly either.) With the default player it's easy - I put all my podcasts in the same place. But that has lousy skip controls. So I'm trying AstroPlayer now.
1 ★In the description it says that only some features won't work if your music is on an SD card , It should read it doesn't work at all if you have 4.4 or later if your music is on your external SD, I'm on a galaxy tablet . Can't give it any rating , but the play store obligates you to give one. Play store also reads it is compatible with my tablet. Uninstalling it of course.
4 ★extremely good app, just one technical problem. when the app is first opened, the volume can be changed. however on the next song, the volume freezes at full and cannot be changed at all. sony xperia ST6i, android 4.1.2
