Yayasan Syubbanul Muslimin yang terbentuk berkat kekompakan generasi penerus keluarga besar KH Ali Jaya, Minggu 2 Oktober 2016, secara resmi menjalankan misi mulianya yakni dengan membangun lembaga pendidikan Pondok Pesantren yang berlokasi di Lingkungan Delingseng, Kelurahan Kebonsari, Kecamatan Citangkil, Kota Cilegon.Momentum peletakkan batu pertama pembangunan gedung Ponpes Syubbanul Muslimin kali ini turut dirangkaikan pula dengan Haul ke-34 ulama kharismatik asal Kota Cilegon KH Ali Jaya bin Aldin, serta Peringatan Tahun Baru Islam 1 Muharram 1438 Hijriyah.
Yayasan pendidikan yang dibangun belakangan ini sebenarnya adalah pengembangan Jam’iyah Nahdotus Syubbanul Muslimin, organisasi yang didirikan oleh KH Ali Jaya pada tahun 1930. KH Ali Jaya adalah tokoh ulama besar Cilegon yang turut membesarkan lembaga pendidikan Al-Khairiyah Citangkil dan cabang-cabangnya di Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera.
KH Ali Jaya sepanjang hidupnya dikenal sebagai ulama yang aktif menjadi pedakwah dari masjid ke masjid di wilayah Banten. KH Ali Jaya juga pernah menjadi Wedana di Anyar Kabupaten Serang pada 1949 dan Wedana di Lewidamar, Kabupaten Lebak pada tahun 1955.
