Nel 1990…a Lonigo nasceva Radio Idea.Nel 1997……dopo anni di fruttuoso lavoro di evangelizzazione attraverso i mass media, il 28 dicembre, festa dei Santi Martiri Innocenti, con l’entrata in campo fattiva dell’associazione Opera dell’Amore, l’emittente prendeva la denominazione di Radio San Massimiliano Maria Kolbe consolidando le sue radici nella venerazione di Maria Regina dell’Amore in San Martino di Schio e legandosi cosi’ al Movimento Mariano Regina dell’Amore.
Nel 1999…… il primo maggio, alla presenza del successore di San Massimiliano Kolbe, Padre Mario Paczowski, priore del convento francescano di Niepokalanow in Polonia, la citta’ dell’Immacolata fondata dallo stesso Kolbe, venivano inaugurati i nuovi studi in San Martino aprendo cosi’ una nuova stagione ricca di iniziative e importanti traguardi da raggiungere.
Il sogno e’ diventato ora stupenda realta’! Un grazie alla Provvidenza che, vigile, ha guidato e guida ogni nostro passo. Un grazie speciale agli amici che hanno contribuito e continuano a contribuire a questa realizzazione dedicando la loro preghiera, il loro tempo, la loro professionalita’ e il loro sostegno economico.
Radio Kolbe e’ un’emittente radiofonica che si dedica alla nuova evangelizzazione proposta da Giovanni Paolo II, attraverso la devozione mariana e la consacrazione al Cuore Immacolato di Maria. Radio Kolbe non trasmette pubblicita’ ma vive esclusivamente delle offerte dei suoi ascoltatori, trasmette 24 ore su 24 e la si puo’ ascoltare in FM nella provincia di Vicenza, tramite internet in tutto il mondo, in audio e video. E’ sorretta tutt’oggi esclusivamente dall’azione di giovani volontari disponibili e professionalmente competenti che intendono usare questo potente mezzo di comunicazione come strumento di evangelizzazione, andando controcorrente in questo mondo relativista.
