1 ★If I had known this was a poorly designed Chinese product I would have spent my money elsewhere. The app screams 'mommy mommy's everytime I login, as well the music sound effects are BRUTAL. Literally the rain sound likes someone standing outside in the street and using g a cell phone to record the rain.
1 ★...rediculously rubbish. Such a shame as the camera it came with is a decent bit of kit. I have been living with it and all of it's flaws (every feature and crazy unreliability) I contacted the camera supplier to see if there was an alternative but there isn't. They said they would update and improve the software. Instead what has just happened is that I can't actually log on to the app anymore, leaving me without a baby monitor. It's ok guys it's only my baby's safety at risk... POOR POOR POOR!
1 ★I am using for a baby monitor. I have a samsung galaxy S5 and a childs voice comes on and says 'Mommy Mommy!' in the middle of the night. I haven't had my child yet so this is a bad glitch and annoying! Also, time on camera is wrong and can't be changed.
1 ★1) time on recordings is wrong by several hours, can't change it. 2) DRAINS battery like you wouldn't believe! 3) you can log in wherever you have internet, but it's hit and miss as to whether the video stream actually plays 4) 2 second delay with sound and intercom, pretty useless for having a conversation with a child the middle of the night 5) music sounds are HORRENDOUS, loud, brash and not at all soothing 6) night vision is useless when pointing cam down as it blinds itself on its own white casing.
1 ★EDIT this app has now stopped working in iOS and Android. Have u-life turned off their Internet servers???The WiFi password length you can enter on the mobile app is limited to 20 characters for no good reason at all. I'll have to reprogram WiFi password, reduce its security and reenter keys in all my devices just because of this stupid design flaw. It would have taken one minute of googling to find out the maximum password length for WPA is 63 or 64 characters, not 20. Very, very lazy programming.
