هو الشيخ عبد الله كامل أحد عباقرة تلاوة القرآن في مصر وأئمتها المتمكنينالذي يوقف حركة المرور بالشوارع المجاورة للمسجد الذي يقيم فيه الصلاة بسبب الأعداد الغفيرة من المصلين الذين يحجون للاستمتاع بقراءته الخاشعة.وعد الله عبده الذي انتزع منه نعمة فصبر بأن يعوضه خيرا منها فكان الشيخ عبد الله أحمد كامل خير الصابرين على فقدانه لنعمة البصر منذ ولادته سنة 1985 فجازاه الله عن ذلك بصوت عذب رخيم يبكي كل من سمعه أو صلى خلف.
ومصداقا لقول الرسول الكريم أن الأعمى أعمى البصيرة لا البصر فقد تمكن الشيخ عبد الله كامل من حفظ القرآن كاملا على طريقة برايل منذ الصغر، كما التحق بكلية دار العلوم بجامعة الفيوم وتخرج منها سنة 2005.
بفضل ما تميز به من صوت عذب وخاشع بشهادة العديد من كبار رجال الدين والقراء اشتغل الشيخ عبد الله كامل كإمام لصلاة التراويح في مجمع بدر الإسلامي بالحادقة و كان يخطب درسا كل أسبوع بنفس المسجد إلى جانب ذلك عين كخطيب بمسجد في حلقة السمك بالكيمان.
