1 ★I do not recommend this game at all unless you want to lose a lot of time and money if you buy. You would have to play nonstop for 8 plus hours to get near the top tear but never get to the top tier. There are way too many glitches. In the middle of a game I freeze and then get booted losing everything that I have won/loss. I can not even get into my puzzle book without getting booted after the 2nd page & will take me hours just to get past the 2nd page & then get booted all again over. They take a lot of power ups & do not give back enough power ups to even get near the top tier of the tournament. The rewards for completing a puzzle has gone way down you do not get a lot of power up rewards anymore which really sucks. I do not know of a bingo hall that would call the same number 8 out of 10 times. This has happened to me more times then I can count on both hands. If you do not have any power ups or even just 1 type of power ups then don’t count on getting bingo most of the time or gold balls that you need to call for getting collection piece. In a half hour of playing you use up all but 1 kind of power up & it’s the 1 that only goes onto the cards you play 1 time per game I have over 200 of them & this is the 1 I get most of the time with gifting. They need to straighten out the the distabution of power ups to be even. This game is no longer fun or relaxing like it use to be. I have been playing for 7 months almost 8 months and have never gotten anything back from support. They always tell me it is your connection even on a suggestion which is not fair at all. My connection is 5 bars and I have told them that and I got told that I needed 8 bars for the game. I have never heard of any device having 8 bars for connection. I lost all my gold balls that I had & all my power ups and got told it was my connection & I never got anything back. I had to play the game with no power ups to get gold balls to call which took days to get my gold balls back to where they were before the glitch that took them. I do not even get notified that I have mail in game so I have to click on my mail to see if anyone has messaged me which is unfair. I would give a zero star for this game but it only goes from 1 star to 5 stars so you get a 1 star. This game needs to be fixed.
3 ★I LOVE this game! I love the fact you don't have to call a bingo or stop playing on that specific card once you get one. I love all the auto features as well. Would be great to add auto daub options also! I would give 5* but... The shop sales pop up after every single time you go to the main menu. If you have 0 of a powerup you can't use any others you do have if that one pops up when bar is full. I had 100 of a certain powerup and it wouldn't allow use of any others. Please fix for 5*!!
2 ★The game is fun, BUT if you don't spend money, it's EXTREMELY hard to advance or earn prizes. Also, customer service takes 4-7 days to get back to you with a complaint, so be ready to wait! Other than that, the game has frequent side missions for teams and individuals, mini games, and graphics are nice. Edit: since the recent updates, there are WAY too many ads and sale pop ups. You can't even enjoy the game anymore because of all that.
4 ★Great game would give 5 stars but there's one issue that makes me angry. After the last number gets called the cards are turned off almost instantly. So even if you have the last number you can't click on it. I've lost several bingo opportunities, perfect daubs, club balls, and just about every other thing because I couldn't tap on the number even though I have it. It's VERY frustrating! The cards need to stay active for 15 or 20 seconds longer after the last number is called.
2 ★I really like the game, but every time and I do mean EVERY time, I play the epic games and do the double your points at the end, the video will either freeze and have to restart the app orbit plays and freezes at then and I don't get my points. There are several times I would have had over a million points but didn't get anything bc I had to restart the app.
3 ★I would have rated this game 5 stars cause I loved to play it! But as of lately every time time you play it crashes!! And then and then you don't get your credits back! I contacted technical support and they gave me some back but not everything I lost! And I'm not gonna pay to get the ones back that I lost playing this game! Just because they can't fix the bugs!
1 ★I love the Bingo games where you continue to accumulate more wins on a single card and don't have to worry about potentially overlooking and missing a win. However the games that crash repeatedly and regularly - not only on my Android phone but also on FB Game room? Yeah, not so much ... This game falls into both categories - and the latter heavily outweighs the former. :(
1 ★I am editing my review.. i would give zero stars if it were an option at this point. The game "freezes" then closes when u win too much. They dont give u all the prizes u do win. The puzzle collections dont always pay out when they should. The power ups get locked so u cant use them which makes it almost impossible to win Anything. The game doesnt give enough tokens to do the challenges. I have contacted support multiple times and they dont fix anything. Dont waste ur time or money!!
2 ★I love this game. But lately it's been very glitchy and not counting received powerups and collections. It's very frustrating. Also, since this most recent update I can not do anything! It's constantly saying there is connection issues. Doesn't matter if I'm on mobile data or wifi, hasn't worked in over 24 hours! Very disappointing.
3 ★Although the game is very fun, I have a few problems with it. 1: I will make a purchase and it charges me twice but I only get the purchase one time. I have tried to email support about this issue but it never goes through. I would either like my 2nd purchase i was charged for or my money back. 2: the game freezes all the time. 3: need more time to complete the puzzles. I feel all puzzles should get 2 days on, but this is only a suggestion. 4: games constantly freezes. Problem needs to get fixed
1 ★Bingo story hmmm. Where do I start?? I don't was to sound contradicting but bingo story was and is a very fun and addictive game however it has to many glitches, lags and constant crashes. Please DO NOT try to vatch the video to double the points. IT CRASHES, not only do you NOT receive the double points, you don't get ANY POINTS OR CREDITS FOR THAT GAME. Contacting support is a waste of time. They'll send out an all-purpose computer generated message that everyone gets for any problem.
2 ★It is fun to play and I love Bingo, but I have had a lot of issues and have not been happy with how they look at the issues. I have not been able to finish any puzzle or challenge, as the system keeps freezing and then shuts me down and I lose all what I had earned. Also when I get to gold status I am only awarded bronze or tin level, just not acceptable.
