מני חן בעל אולפני הקלטה והפקה בעיר מיגוריו תל אביב, הקים וייסד את תחנת הרדיו הבוכרי הראשון מסוגו בעולם, רדיו ב.ב. ווסטוק ע"ש סבו גדול הזמר הבוכרי הזמר בוריס בלחייב ז"ל משנת 1970 - 1990.
