C My Attitude est une application pour smartphones qui permet aux collaborateurs Carrefour de se former tout en jouant aux attitudes de service client. L’objectif est de sensibiliser le maximum de collaborateurs Carrefour.Le jeu est axé sur deux thèmes : le rayon et la caisse.
Dans chacun des thèmes, le collaborateur a une mission qui occupe son esprit (réassortir les rayons, scanner les produits à la caisse). Au cours du jeu le collaborateur doit interagir avec les clients qui l’entourent. L’humeur du collaborateur est représentée par une jauge qui monte ou qui descend selon la situation, les évènements, les échanges.
