Lagu utamanya di album ini ialah Piss, Anyer 10 Maret dan Kirim Aku Bunga.Ini adalah album Ketiga Slank yang dirilis tahun 1993. Slank sukses masuk industri musik Indonesia pada tahun 1990 ketika merilis album pertama yang melejitkan single Maafkan.
Album Piss ini adalah album ketiga dari SLANK yang semua lagu, syair/aransemennya diciptakan dan dimainkan oleh Slank yang berisi Bimbim SLANK Sidharta (Drum), Bongky Bong SLANK (Bass), Pay SLANK (Guitar), Indra Q SLANK (Keyboard) Kaka J SLANK (Vocal) mulai dari bulan Februari 1992 s/d Agustus 1993. Album yang desain cover-nya menampilkan Aji Tarmo yang bertelanjang dada dengan pose yang diarahkan oleh Bimbim ini diproduseri oleh Boedi Soesatio (Proyek Q) yang pada distribusinya dibantu olehProgram/Virgo Rec dengan Pulau Biru Management yang dipimpin oleh Danny Rahardjo sebagai manajemen SLANK. Album yang berisi 13 lagu ini diedarkan dalam bentuk kaset & cd dengan hits single Mau (Beli) Tidur. Untuk pengerjaannya, SLANK juga dibantu oleh Rere (Grass Rock) yang memainkan Jimbe di lagu Tepi Campuhan. Sementara untuk proses rekamannya dilakukan di Jackson Studio, Studio 15, dan Triple M dengan Ronny, Ipung, & Herry Gendut sebagai operator, serta Teddy (Teddy’ Studio) sebagai sound engineer.
