2 ★You should either have to tap or drag not both! Well I tried both and cannot get the staple out with the staple remover. This needs to be fixed or I want a refund because I can't finsh the game! Not happy. Also these phantom people that give your game a five star rating without commenting are most certainly FAKE! Sent a email to big fish. 11-13-14
3 ★Game had some defects on it. When I am playing the game it would stop working. When I go to start playing it again it would say the save files are corrupted and I would have to start the game all over again.
1 ★I am extremely upset with this game. I was enjoying it a lot and had made a lot a progress, enough to make me want to purchase the full version. After purchase, things were still going good until I had stopped playing and returned to it later. While loading it stopped and told me my saved data was corrupted and was deleted. I lost at least 2 hours of progress and it's now a waste of money because I do not want to play that over again.
2 ★Another glitchy game. Useless map. Maybe if everyone will stop buying their games they might start caring about long time PAYING customers. Big Fish let down!
3 ★I like the game but I am getting so fed up with the items not working correctly. Trying to get the bird with the pliers but just isn't working. Feel like just uninstalling
1 ★It will not let me purchase the full game...keeps popping up "purchase failed" ...before its even given me a chance to attempt to buy it...really annoying...I can't go any further. What has happened to BFG lately? At one time everything they did was highly commendable...now they are making errors & not fixing them....poor standards will result in poor customer feedback, bad reputation & no one will bother (trying to) buy thier products...no more business if unhappy customers! You need to start paying attention to your feedback if your business is to survive...
1 ★Big Fish letting down customers again. Half the screen is missing from this one. Usual standard. Why they can't fix issues or reply to customers I don't know. Maybe they already have enough money.
4 ★Had to uninstall and re-install just to get through the bugs and errors in the game. But I finshed. If not for the bugs, this was a good game. I liked the plot. Minus a star for game errors.
2 ★Fun, nice ambient atmosphere. Encountered Game breaking glitch, can not remove the staple with the staple remover. Tried for a long time, point and click and also dragging. Tried all over the screen, nothing. Paid for the full version, too. Would appreciate a fix!
4 ★Very happy that the bugs have been fixed and I was able to complete the game. Longer than most games of this variety and some tricky puzzles. My only complaint is that the game sometimes shows "profile file corrupted, please create new profile" and you have to start over. A little frustrating but easily fixed.
1 ★I have never played a game like this on some of the things you have to place the part a dozen or more times to get it to work. BAD GAME.
1 ★Starts off really good then you get a glitch on the staple puller. Second time within 2 weeks with Big Fish games. If this keeps up my have to change name to Litte Fish cause they are losing customers fast. I also notice there are never any glitches in the free play part.. It would be nice no professional to have them at least post something to say we are working on problem or something ..would like refund! GIVEN SEVERAL MONTHS TO FIX. THEY DONT SEEM TO BE INTERESTED AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY!
