2 ★New Galaxy Note 4. I purchased the full version of this game 2 times, it did not work. reinstall I had to pay again. I would like that money refunded. This time See strategy guide: Ch. 2, Pg. 18, D picture. I did not receive Remus. I did receive the copper. I am very frustrated. I cannot continue the game! Please, can this be fixed? I don't want to uninstall, that means I'll have to pay again. I do like the game, and love the graphics. It is relaxing and enjoyable.
3 ★The game itself is really fun and had a great premise, but the cut scenes were slow and I had to completely restart the game twice because the game would give me tools that I needed to progress and then take them out of my stash. Without those tools I was unable to continue the game and had to restart.
5 ★Occasionally difficult to see on my screen, things were small, but otherwise wonderful! One little hiccup, may I suggest that if you want people to find a ring in a HOP scene, make sure there aren't any other rings in the scene? I spent 10 min trying to figure out how to get the ring I clearly saw before the hint finally showed me a tiny crack where the ring was to be extracted with tweezers. Not the same ring. But again, it was a great game!

1 ★I unlocked the game through the free trial and recently changed devices. Now it won't let me download the game unlocked to the new device. When I go into the unlock screen, nothing happens when I tap unlock now. I sent big fish and email and they have not responded yet.
1 ★I installed the game, loved it, then chose to unlock it. Went through the process of unlocking. Was charged $3. 38 but the game won't unlock. When I go to the full app and try and down load it, it wants to take another $3.38. Not happy. I contacted customer support and got a generic email that was not at all helpful. Please fix.
1 ★I'm stuck at the gems, I collect all 3 of them but when I go to do the puzzle one of the gems is missing and I cannot proceed. Please fix this and I will change to 5 stars. I'm really disapointed because I was really enjoying this game.
2 ★This game was actually pretty. Great graphics and fun tasks, although some were definitely difficult. However, I lost my emerald somehow out of my inventory. I accidentally put it by the squirrel pendant door and it disappeared so I can not continue the game. Im pretty disappointed.
