Zviewer for Android is a mobile app used to stream live video from your ZMODO H.264 DVR or IP Network camera, and supports a four channel simultaneous view.
How to install Zviewer APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Zviewer APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (zmodo.camerastation-v1.0.4-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

3 ★Android version needs more work. Apple version ok but android needs to improve and also need to make larger buttons for changing channels on the android version.
1 ★Constantly causes phone to freeze or restart. If I'm lucky, it'll just force close. It works fine on an old T-Mobile G2 and kindle fire hdx, but never worked properly on my S5 or S7.
1 ★It does get the job done. Im able to view my zmodo cameras. But the app needs alot of work. Ipcam viewer does a better job. On a side note to be fair... the zmodo hardware is pretty decent for the price!
5 ★Super way to view camera's remotely on the earlier versions of Zmodo DVR`s. Have used it for several years on several systems. Most issues that people complain about are ignorance in technology. Should pay someone who understands the technology and limitations.
3 ★Make the app to where when it's opened it automatically pulls up the previous set camera channels. The process for choosing and opening the channels is too slow and has too many steps to get all of them open.
2 ★Well I have two zmodo dvrs but on my Galaxy Note 4 I can only add one channel at the top left of the quadrant. Set up on 2 S5s and it works perfect, please fix this in a update
1 ★I used this app on my iphone 6 and it was working great switched to the samsung galaxy s7 edge and now the app is horrible its always freezing and even causes my phone to freeze. Zmodo please update your app
1 ★ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. I've owned zmodo cameras for several years now. When running this app the battery drain on any device is absolutely insane. I've tested this with several tablets and Note 3's and Note 4 Edges. It is a shame the camera system itself works great. As stated I've had this app on different devices over the past few years and I dont believe there has ever been an update. Its as if Zmodo contracted out this app to be developed years ago, it was thrown together full of resource management issues, and they dont care and never tried to have it optimized. Update: My Note 4 just took the android 6 update. Now "Zviewer" instantly crashes when trying to open.
1 ★This program is a complete waste of time, i spent several hours testing it on android devices. My firewall i can see traffic, but streaming takes for ever even on faster internet. doesn't always launch. Ease of use is awful, if you are not tech savy stay away from this app.It's funny because i asked zmodo how reliable it was and i guess that is why they never replied back to me.
3 ★Minor issues sometimes where cameras won't reconnect, but for the most part I can view my cameras on my phone remotely. Sometimes it will lock up my phone but it's worth seeing my cameras when I'm not home. Running on Galaxy S4. Upgraded 2 cameras with a different brand that has more if lights but they are compatible with my Zmodo set up. BTW I am using a wired connection NOT wireless
1 ★What is the point of this app if it never works? Thank you Zmodo for convincing me to buy a different brand dvr so I can remote view my property. If anyone wants a free Zmodo dvr, it's the p.o.s. version, look me up.
2 ★Allows you to see your cameras live, but that's about it. Does not have the capability to allow you to review recorded video using the app. Not a great app, but it does work. Never updated, so don't think perhaps a future revision will allow recorded video to be looked at. There are DVRs with apps out there that allow for playback though. They just cost a little more.
