1 ★unable to deregister - under manage devices it shows nothing about registered device but just lets me know i can download windows version. then windows version tells me to deregister other devices since there's more than 5 registered devices. which is it? ive inquiried this thru their support which just told me to goto manage devices page. im basically stuck. if i ever switch to iphone all my contacts are gone. terrible way to keep social connection. support is not helpful.would not recommend.
3 ★The terrible account management is 50% of the reason this app is not the #1 global social app. If you are on a fast network the talk, text, call, and social media functions are amazing. However, If you switch phones and even if you verify email, phone, and change passwords you may still be locked out of your account. My wife and 2 kids don't even bother and get new accounts when switching phones. 1 kid won't even get it anymore because she swears the last time destroyed her life; teen.
4 ★It's good. But the notification sound suddenly stopped working. All my other apps and messages have my notification sounds when they appear except KakaoTalk. It used to work okay but now it only vibrates when I get a notification. I've tried everything and nothing. It's only KakaoTalk that doesn't have its notification sounds working.
4 ★This app is pretty user-friendly. I only wish they had more muting options like Discord. I prefer Discord over this app, except the UI customization and fun characters helps to pull ahead for texting oriented use. For small texting groups this shines well. For large scale servers, Discord is preferable.
5 ★I love this app because it has both video calls and voice calls. The voice recording feature really helps when wanting to speak verbally to somone. It helped when I couldn't see my friends so I had close contact with them virtually. I loved the different and cute emojis, camera to share, and the music.

4 ★At first, appreciate you giving us this galaxy tab version finally. but pls let us the function to slide each tab not pushing the buttoms at the bottom.
1 ★I am unable to log back into my account as it says 'verification code can not be sent to my number' it has been an extremely long time. Due to this I have lost contact with many people making me extremely upset, this is a huge inconvenience even after emailing nothing has been done to help me with this. All I would like it to be able to talk to my friends and be able to contact them again.
3 ★Works correctly. Plenty of features for organizing chat files and messages that at the same time obfuscate a bit the main functionality which is messaging. Lacks live location sharing which I use a lot.
2 ★It's absurd that users cannot send messages to newly added contacts. I, as a teacher for Koreans, needed this app but it's really useless since I cannot send them mesaages because they haven't sent me a single message before. Kindly fix this!
1 ★The reviews are either bots or people who have no clue on what a good social app is, now this app used to be good back in 2016 but now it's become strict that you're unable to message someone without proper access. It looks good but doesn't handle very well which is why it's a 1 star
1 ★My calls keep ended with network problem notification but theres no one using my current network and when I checked I have 16-20mb/s, tried to restart phone and even tried to restart the modem but nothing fixed Edit : I got another problem where I dont receive any calls notifications unless I have the app opened and now when I want to press the answer button, nothing happened even I press it like 10 times
