Description
The London zoo division of British Intelligence sends Jester Penguin on a mission to save the world.Rogue Polar-Bear, Dr Blanche, has set up a secret base in the Arctic-Circle and has managed to build an army of snowmen to help him.
London zoo's finest minds have developed a device that emit a wave that will turn the snowman back to harmless snow. They called it the "Anti-baddie" wave. The device used a lot of power and so requires frequent replacement "AA" batteries.
Jester Penguin will be encouraged along by eating fish as he attempts to stop evil.
