2 ★Poorest. Of all the app based booking services, this was a shocker. Absolutely no system in place to track the work status or bill receipt. This is very dangerous from customer point of view as both the product and money paid /involved are at risk of loss. Please work on your backoffice and app updation team.
3 ★The service and everything is good as per my experiences in Bangalore. I've got issues with the app. I've got to uninstall and reinstall the application to make it work. So the developer or anyone of concern should look into it. I use an android phone. I see a blank screen and the home page does not load itself if I open the app the second time after installation. So basically I need to reinstall the whole app to make it work. Luckily, app saves all the orders and stuff so not much of an hassle
1 ★Dont use for fridges they are scammers. They just do visit tell it can be fixed the the fridge company only and take visitation charges. They didn't even open and check fridge. When i call company people they confirm a completely different issue and uc when given proofs they are wrong they are issuing refund in uc wallet as they cannot refund your money. They even accept that its their fault but still will not refund money.
1 ★Pathetic in AC repair. Wrong compressor fitted and then taking more than 20 days to replace after assessment of the issue. Some part from outdoor unit taken out by the technician which is not fitted back. Huge noise and continuous water dripping from outdoor unit for last 20 days and have to wait for 20 days more.
1 ★Your services are getting poorer day by day. This is third time when you are even failed to assigned a technician when the booking was 2 day before the service date. Not sure how you will sustain in future. No improvement at all. 1 ★Professionals are highly unprofessional in behavior. They are not punctual and if you call them to track for ETA, they cancel the booking and your booking gets automatically rescheduled for some timings which are not even convenient for you. Customer Support is not easily approachable. Moreover, customer support executives will also just express their helplessness and try to offer you slots which are usually inconvenient.
1 ★The services are good but the app is not they don't update it often enough and navigating it is hell. They don't have a livr helpdesk and if something is wrong they do nothing about it, just make you go around in circles with a chat bot

They say that they are customer focused, but all give all the excuses when they don't deliver the service and don't even communicate and don't take their membership at all, its a waste of money. They don't have meaning for slot unlike bigbasket which delivers in slots booked by thr customer. We have to keep waiting and calling them.
1 ★They didn't provide a slot FOR my side by side refrigerator but when I booked a normal single door refrigerator they showing lots of slot if they have all experts then why I didn't receved a slot for my side by side refrigerator . Disappointed very much. WHEN I TRY ANOTHER SIMILAR APP THEY PROVIDE ME SERVICE IN 24 HOUR. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN URBAN COMPANY. TRY SUBSTITUTE APP.
1 ★I have been using the app from long time but now there service and customer care feedback is pathetic. This is back to back i faced issue with there bookings. Worst experience now i will never book nor recommend to others. Quality has gone down. And i get irritated that every step they ask feedback to customer but of we give feedback they just ignore.
1 ★Extremely poor experience. I had asked for an AC Service & the mechanics did not have the basic training. The nitrogen gas checking compressor had multiple wire joints covered with black tapes , almost leading to sparks at home & blowing out fuse. To me , they did NOT even seem to be AC mechanics. Horrible experience with Urban Company.
1 ★I am highly disappointed by the apps policy of revisits, customers words mean nothing to the customer support. I asked for a revisit for my AC repair and they cancelled my booking. The revisit policies are not clear and the service provider denied the revisit. Please make sure that the customers are provided with exact details as this changed my opinion towards this app all together despite of making bookings several times in past.
