Description
Solradioen har vært en viktig del av radiokulturen i Halden og Østfold, helt siden den første sendingen 19. desember 1984. Den gang var det Steinar Aabø, som var Norges første redaktør i en nærradio, som startet opp Solradioen. I løpet av årene ble radioen en av Norges mest omtalte og populære nærradioer, før P4 kom på banen. Solradioen var kjent for sitt nære forhold til lytterne og for å speile lokalbefolkningens interesser og engasjement.Etter mange år uten sendinger, er Solradioen tilbake! I 2024 startet vi med nye test-sendinger på nettradio, og nå er vi klare for å komme tilbake på luften for fullt. Vi har studioet vårt i Halden, og i februar 2025 går vi på lufta både på nett og på DAB i Østfold.
Solradioen skal være en radio for alle – med et programinnhold som gjenspeiler mangfoldet i vårt fylke. Vi vil tilby et variert programtilbud med alt fra lokale nyheter og sport, til spennende programmer som du også kan se på TV Østfold, Rally NM, egenproduserte programmer og ikke minst masse god musikk!
