【ストーリー】
■蜘蛛の章
2009年。香港の黑社會組織「紅花会」の幹部ベンがタイで他殺死体で発見された。
紅花会当主の楊坤は暗殺組織「蜘蛛网」を脱走して紅花会で匿っている越児に調査を依頼する。
タイでは犯罪組織「新月」の当主ラムローワンがベンの殺人犯として指名手配されていた。
ラムローワンとは旧知の仲である越児は彼の嫌疑を晴らす為に立ち上がる。
■杜鵑の章
2009年。北朝鮮国家安全保衛部所属の工作員ミオクはタイで脱北者の行方を追っていた。
ターゲットが香港のブローカーによって移送されることを突き止めその人物を尾行するが、目の前で彼は殺害されてしまう。
ミオクはかつての部下で現在は脱北してカトゥーイとしてタイの歓楽街で働いているユイと共にブローカーの携帯の行方を追うのだが……
